Confirmation of Director resignation and new Group Chief Executive Officer

Further to the announcement of 24 June 2024, Brooks Macdonald Group plc ("The Group", "Brooks Macdonald") confirms that Andrew Shepherd has resigned as a Director of the Company as of 30 September 2024.

As previously announced, Andrea Montague becomes Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective today having received regulatory approval.
