Bristol Water plc (the "Company") announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, that Steve Buck has resigned as a Director of the Company and that Laura Flowerdew has been appointed as a Director of the Company, both with immediate effect.

There are no further matters which require to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
