04/4/2024 13:28 | Hi CWA1 & Tournesol I think its because Hargreaves Lansdowne has current yield noted as 13.36% and not the correct one of 6.78% currently...no idea why though? | cyfran101
22/3/2024 16:44 | Afternoon tournesol I'm not a follower of the stock myself, so I'm sorry I can't help you much-but was interested in your use of the words "extrordinary yield". It looks to be yielding about 6.7%, on a quick glance, which seems a long way from extraordinary. Having picked up some LLPC(Lloyds pref share) at about 7% myself today and there seem to be many others yielding a similar or higher amount, so wondered why you thought it was "extraordinary". Genuine question and not intending to be critical | cwa1
22/3/2024 16:24 | What's the story here? Can't find any explanation for the extraordinary yield. There's obviously a problem but I can't discover what it is. Anyone better informed prepared to help my understanding? Pretty please. | tournesol
