Brewin Dolphin today announces that Andrew Westenberger, Finance Director, will be stepping down as a director on 16 May 2018 and will be leaving the Company by mutual agreement to pursue other interests. The Board has commenced a search for a permanent replacement.
The business continues to perform in line with expectations with continuing growth in income and profitability. The Company will report its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2018 on 16 May 2018.
Simon Miller, Chairman, commented, "I would like to thank Andrew, both personally and on behalf of the Board, for his significant contribution to the business over the last five years and wish him well for the future. Andrew has been part of a successful management team, which during his time with Brewin Dolphin has seen performance go from strength to strength - with total funds under management, discretionary funds, revenue and profit all rising significantly".
