DELISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING IN BREWIN DOLPHIN SHARES

Further to the announcements made by Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC ("Brewin Dolphin") and RBC Wealth Management (Jersey) Holdings Limited ("Bidco"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC"), on 27 September 2022 in respect of the Effective Date of the Scheme, Brewin Dolphin announces that, following an application on behalf of Brewin Dolphin, the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has cancelled the listing of Brewin Dolphin Shares on the premium listing segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE") has cancelled the admission to trading of Brewin Dolphin Shares on the Main Market of the LSE for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 28 September 2022.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the scheme document published by Brewin Dolphin on 22 April 2022.
