As stated, it's Fest the man who (allegedly) 'knows best'

However it's quite evident (judging by the lack of neck and massive double chin) he doesn't 'know best' regarding diet, exercise and self discipline.

And he clearly doesn't 'know best' when it comes to ... fashion (the 'holiday shirt' is bad enough but the effete little necklace is appalling)

So please keep this image in mind the next time Fest is imparting his 'wisdom' ..
