BrandShield Systems plc (AIM: BRSD), a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions from for brand oriented digital risk protection ("DRP"), announces that Ravit Freedman, has departed the Company with immediate effect as Group Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Plc.

The financial control function of the Company will continue to be served by both the accounting team in Israel and the Company's outsourced finance function in the UK with oversight from the CEO, Yoav Keren.

The Company has begun a process to appoint a successor and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
