Notice of FY24 Results

 

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering and risk management advice, today announces the following update.

 

Publication of FY24 Results

The Group will announce its audited final results for the year ended 29 February 2024 ("FY24") on Thursday, 23 May 2024 and publish its 2024 Annual Report and Accounts shortly thereafter.

 

Previous FY24 guidance remains unchanged, with revenue of not less than £150m (FY23: £153m) and underlying operating profit of not less than £18m, in line with market expectations¹.

 

Results Roadshow and Online Presentations

The Company is hosting a results roadshow, which will commence with an analyst briefing on Thursday, 23 May 2024 at 10.30 a.m. at Buchanan's offices at 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN. Please contact the team at Buchanan via [e-mail] for further details.
