I think this week might well be the last time investors will be able to grab cheap stock.

Mondays news is filtering through, but more to the point at some stage the recent 3 massive agreements will start to be priced in.

I believe that the outlook for Big Sofa is extremely positive and anticipate that our existing partnerships with P&G, Unilever, Ipsos, SC Johnson and SSI will deliver material revenue during the current financial year.

EXPONENTIAL Growth is like a tidal wave,you need to be prepared for it. If your not,it can do more damage than good. Think about it.?. Your in the business of making a new brand of UK washing machines. Production is running at 1,000 a week and any ups and downs can be adjusted with the use of overtime or stockholdings.

Then "WHICH" comes out in its July report saying it's the best on the UK market.

13,500 orders arrive within the first two days.

Now, no one is happy, is just one big mess.!!

They can not handle the new orders and customers get very upset ,very quickly.

EXPONENTIAL GROWTH.

This is what investors like myself dream about.

The problem is, most buy stocks in this category on a PE ITRO 75 -150.

The market spots them, and pushes up the forward PE , as they all want a slice of the growth cake.

BST directors are telling you that's where they expect to be going.

What the market has not understood,is , its just starting to happen, right now.

The 3 recent agreements have paved the way

Many of the expenses associated with growing the business were incurred in the second half, which led to a number of creditors being built-up prior to Admission to AIM in late December. The funds raised at Admission were used, in part, to pay these creditors and further invest in the business. Going forward as a public company, whilst we will maintain tight control of expenses, we anticipate these will further increase as we execute on our growth strategy; but we also expect revenues and gross profit to rise exponentially.

What I still find extraordinary is BST'S valuation of £15M now that 3 massive agreements have been signed.

Thats valuing them at just £5M each with all other contracts thrown in for free.


Each five million agreement, on a future PE OF 30, is being valued to produce £165,000 of profit.

Crazy.

Profits in my view, will be huge multiples of that.

Thanks for the feedback. Great that he gives BST the thumbs up and he knows the demand is right here and right now for it. That is the trouble your friend has now, he is probably 5 years too late in starting up a new business in this field. Big Sofa are front runners and are signing up all the deals and grabbing the market share faster than anyone else. He is probably better of buying Big Sofa shares and sitting on them for three years if he wants to benefit ;)

The word shift is interesting:

The BST software platform is going to grab a large slice of the market, very quickly, i would go so far as to say months, not years.

The old ways are just not up to the job, required of them.

Revenues will, I believe, grow extremely fast as the changeover takes hold.

From an old podcast I believe we were told they wanted a top broker that would be appointed in due course.

No idea when, but can't believe it's not going to be before the year is out.
