10/7/2017 14:02 | Well as a couple of tech stocks have dropped back I thought it might be to do with US Futures but although the Dow is down pre-market the Nasdaq is currently up so perhaps it's just lunch-time blues. | hazl
10/7/2017 12:09 | All the planning went in years ago. £100M is the old target valuation | pet lover
10/7/2017 11:51 | Agreed nfs | hazl
10/7/2017 11:47 | If they are advising then annual costs in total for both could be say £60kIf they help bring in a client then that cost is returned many timesInvestment in the right people can be very lucrative. Having some grey hairs on board can persuade clients to sign up And for the individuals a chance to get in on a new tech company is exciting So it could be win win | nfs
10/7/2017 11:46 | We don't know the details of remuneration for these two, or indeed on what basis they are to be remunerated... | bumpa33
10/7/2017 11:35 | That is a typical troll post. The shares have responded to it : Up 6.5% Lol. What makes us laugh is that same poster had the chance to buy at 17P in the placing last year. Bless | pet lover
10/7/2017 11:24 | Two appointments Increases cash burn Not much cash left Who will pay the wages in December? HOW MUCH CASH IS LEFT HOW MUCH CASH IS LEFT | opodio
10/7/2017 11:18 | No not ASC : I wish .!! | pet lover
10/7/2017 11:13 | I take it one was ASC then :-( | panic investor
10/7/2017 11:09 | Yes, they're corporate appointments, rather than business it would seem - wonder if someone isn't already sniffing around them. Bloody hell, a "mere" 25 is going to seem a bit disappointing then...! | bumpa33
10/7/2017 11:08 | Two chairs for Big Sofa Now that Brainjuicer has changed its name, Big Sofa Technologies Group PLC (LON:BST) is probably the holder of the strangest name for a publicly quoted company (other suggestions on a postcard, please). The international video analytics specialist (nope, still none the wiser) saw its shares rise 6.1% to 26p this morning as it appointed former Unilever plc director, Ralph Kugler, and market research expert Simon Chadwick as strategic advisers to the board. "Big Sofa's core customers are major brands and market research agencies,” said Simon Lidington, chief executive officer of Big Sofa. (Beginning to understand a bit more about what the company does now). “To have attracted two individuals in Ralph and Simon - with their vast experience in each core customer category - to our advisory panel, is further validation of the company's technology and services,” Lidington added. 10/7/2017 11:03 | It's a game plan for sure. At today's market cap you are getting a heap of potential growth for near Zero. I've managed to do the same with other stocks that have gone on to 73 Bag and 204 Bag. One took 11 years the other less than 4. | pet lover
10/7/2017 10:56 | Interesting that the RNS tells us what these guys have done previously (clue there, maybe) but not actually what they've been brought in to do, merely stating their appointment to the 'advisory panel'. | bumpa33
10/7/2017 10:36 | They may get taken out, but the buyer is not getting them for a song. If my revenue projections, for One Million a month by December, then a minimum of 100% growth in 2018 are proved correct. That's £24M of revenue next year. | pet lover
10/7/2017 10:34 | current shareholder list if anyone's interested. | bumpa33
10/7/2017 10:27 | pet lover, 25 bag would obviously be nice, but if they really have something (being cautious, still an IF) I suspect they'll get taken out long before that. | bumpa33
10/7/2017 10:21 | It's more than impressive, hunt around the market and look for 1,000% potential growth this year in any other company. Agreements have been signed reducing risk. Recurring revenues BST will I personally believe, 25 Bag. | pet lover
10/7/2017 10:17 | It's going to be an interesting final six months of the year. The company will be within league one, on the back of today's appointments. My only fear is a sale for £75M | pet lover
10/7/2017 10:13 | Impressive company Bumpa ! | panic investor
10/7/2017 09:59 | interesting will take a look. | hazl
10/7/2017 09:48 | Hazl - its true, I'd heard of the company before but dismissed it because of that assumption, it was purely by chance I looked into it further and obviously immediately realized they weren't selling sofas...! I understand the market sector, I've a friend in Canada who founded and runs a very successful market research company specializing in the youth sector, I need to get hold of him and ask him about this one. His company has no special IP that makes their offering stand out but they are recognized for their work predicting future youth trends (a particularly fickle market) for major brands. | bumpa33
10/7/2017 09:41 | I think that it's sometimes 'who you know not what you know',as they say with regards competition. Competition is good it keeps people on their toes. The fact that BST people are getting both support and contracts from some very large and well-known names in some cases means that THAT is their big advantage I think. Who they know! Bumpa! You made me laugh about the sofa comment but I have found, conversely, tha | hazl
10/7/2017 09:40 | This is the IPSOS promotional video they are putting to their clients on behalf of Big Sofa | smart_investor
10/7/2017 09:37 | BST do the Tec bits, anyone can do the video. OR: Any company can just buy the software a do the lot themselves. | pet lover |
