Breakeven number gets higher and higher on yearly average . They can counter that for a bit but at cost to who? Wont be them. Be investors

15 billion can be spend in forecasts, as fast as1 billion. Just depends on sector etc and standard debt ratios and infrastructure maintenance costs and so on

Doesn't help that it's primary profit centre is a commodity with same declining long term outlook

Ultimately and historically it's a mean 200s income stock. So it had a great period really. But the fall can only be expected post an abnormal event/period of rise from 200s last time
