When market is in a perceived bullish area and can't rise - and then starts to show up negative pricing in consolidation - it's maybe time to start looking deeper at least

Cant all be positive on the fundamental+macro side? Something has them making such a market. Worth finding out what

Final thought for a few weeks.

The whole world sees some type of 200 averages. So the funds can use them in a few ways.

Its all buffet ever did. If you look at recessions, all his inputs came in at last primary blocks on stocks

Easy job really with that cash at hand lol

Fact is, we both speculate. Neither of us really know whats next year or in 2030

But I do think funds are doing same ol here and now

But, still tehnically consolidating in long term perspective. See how goes

If it can keep consolidating a few more quarters, then indeed, it may end up being buy value around these prices

Be a first though . Risk up 50% alone on tbat score on both capital and yield value

Re yield value depreciates with time, and requires periodic rises

Capital valiue at risk in current situ

Justifies risk up 50% claim on overall value

.....

However if you are a mini buffet that's different re big cash to throw at it at every lower block to null the bad affects and risks above, and can tie capital up for years without issue

It is, but so are future sources and producers of it. I'm sure they will stay relevant for decades to come, as crude still has a long future, and they are diversifying but they also had a monopoly (by future comparison) for decades past

I agree with Questor as I recon BP must be takeover target . Energy use is growing year on year. DYOR.
