15/6/2015 18:06 | don't worry about the short-term noise. The boxhill story is only starting to unfold; recovery has started in ernest and will result in a higher share price in the coming months and a fuller valuation will materialise. Don't be concerned by short-term set backs in price at this stage - box is fundamentally undervalued and the market will correct this as more investors jump on board. In the meantime box will accelerate away as organic growth of the payments solution business and new accounts, plus the roll out of the casino cash model will drive profits significantly higher. These are a hold and not a short-term trade share due to under-valuation and the acceleration in profitability | the bounty hunter | |
15/6/2015 15:33 | It's still very much under the radar. I haven't seen any press comment, share magazine comment, or broker comment, anywhere, so there is a whole sector of potential investors who know nothing about Boxhill. This is likely to change over time. It does still look very cheap, but we probably need some more news or some institutional interest (and it's a bit small for most institutions) before we see some of the projections above (posts 1422,1423). We may get some more interest when we get news on the casino cash front, and on the restart of operations for soccerdome. I suspect these have made no real contribution yet so in time they should help the share price. We may also get some more information on the continuing growth rate in the payments business. At 0.11p this was absurdly cheap on a prospective 2015 p/e of around 2, and now it just looks very cheap on a prospective p/e of around 5 (assuming the company delivers as promised) | mostyn |
