02/6/2015 15:16 | On the box hill plc website, under Our Businesses there is a link to the SmartPay Website however the website does not appear to exist. Similarly under their website if you click on Worldwide Payment Technology at the top you get another broken link. I tried emailing the company but it gets bounced back as spam (they seem to be using a forwarder to Gmail which is doing this). Not overly inspiring for a tech company, however I have bought some shares as they seem to be an interesting little company. | ![]() webpax

31/5/2015 20:32 | A very significant update from Box. Firstly, the timing of the update on the 14th day after the end of the quarter -a very timely update highlighting the acceleration of profitability in the third quarter. In the first half, Box had revenues of £1,071k with a gross profit of £813k and operating profit of £296k. Although no specific breakdown was provided of revenues, I assume relatively flat revenues for the lottery business of around £370k and that payment processing would have produced about £700k of revenues. Gross profits of lottery, I estimate at £213k, leaving payment processing with about £600k. The annual forecast is for revenues of £2,820k - based on 2 times the revenues from continuing operations in 2013/14. I assume an increase in revenues from lottery to say £800k from £714k and a contribution from the casino cash and football pitch business of say £120k, then the payment processing revenues should be at least £1.2m in the second half. This would be consisitent with high growth in volume of transactions announced in the May update. This may translate into H2 operating profits of £700k+, giving an annual profit of about £1 million. Box refer to acceleration in profit in Q3 and results from the translation of top line growth into bottom line profitability. Box has confirmed growth in all segments of the payment processing business and also advised the growth in number of clients from 50 to 70. This business has momentum and quarterly hikes in revenues and profits should now be expected. Box is probably on a prospective p/e of less than 3 and this will likely decrease to a pe of less than 2 in the next financial year. 2015/16 may also see the take off of the casino cash business and a contribution of £250-500k profit looks possible. The market will one day start to pick up on the undervaluation of box and when it does a pe of 10 to 15 would not be unrealsitic. This share will develop legs and 2p per share is a realistic target in the next 2 years. | ![]() the bounty hunter

21/5/2015 12:30 | John, It's been 18 working days since results were announced.....I think nervous T-20 traders are closing their deals ahead of Monday in case the price drops further and those holders are forced out at lower values by MMs? I expect we will see normal service resume after Tuesday. | ![]() monkey puzzle

20/5/2015 11:19 | I don't expect the share price to fall back much at all. I think that this is one of those shares which is gradually re-rated over months as more people become aware of the value here. I certainly hope so because I have accumulated 40 million shares since Friday. I think that I have enough shares for the time being but if the shares fall back significantly, I might buy some more. | ![]() biggest bill

18/5/2015 09:44 | The fact that the share price has not pulled back to any great extent suggests that more investors have recognised that this is still very undervalued, even after the recent rise. A market cap of £3 million is derisory for a company that could make £800k-£1 | ![]() mostyn
15/5/2015 17:42 | Totally agree with your comments gents, this is a long term hold, day traders and stale bulls always sell into rises like this but are replaced by lth over time | ![]() monkey puzzle
15/5/2015 17:21 | 264 million shares traded including ISDX. The price action wasn't bad considering it went up over 60% yesterday and we seem to be reasonably comfortable at 0.18p bid. A large number of short term and momentum players will have been in and out without really recognising how undervalued the stock still is, even after the rise. I would guess that some have run the figures and decided that we have an investment here, and not just a trade. We could be looking at an operating profit of between £800k and around £1 million so a market cap of £2.9 million is still far too low. I would guess that even with the rise yesterday this is still well under the radar, as the bulk of the traders will have forgotten about BOX by next week, having taken their profit. We still need some decent broker / market / newspaper comment to bring this to the attention of a wider audience and generate a steady re-rating. | ![]() mostyn
15/5/2015 16:56 | Bill - completely agree. Great volume today and plenty of people banking 100% plus profits. I haven't sold a bean as this has plenty to go yet imv. GL | ![]() smudgedan
15/5/2015 16:14 | I'm up to 16 million now. This looks like the most undervalued share on the stock market. The company is a mini Optimal Payments but at 4 times earnings and growing much faster. | ![]() biggest bill
15/5/2015 11:44 | Good solid base value now, further uplift on updates. STILL undervalued imo | mega_trader
15/5/2015 11:24 | Well, I managed to buy 10 million but it was a bit of a struggle. At least I waited until the price fell under 0.2p. | ![]() biggest bill
15/5/2015 08:54 | Yes quite annoying really, bought these as a trade on yesterdays news but they look like a decent investment and too cheap at this level for it to make sense to take tiny profits on them. grrr. | ![]() eric76 |
