Pugugly, like the name. Memories of the Beano? Yes, Botswana is a gamble and is risky, I have a large stake built over the last year or so, good average. I think the way it's building up its assets(? ) is a credit to the company and with James Gulliver and his aides from De Beers involved, this has a very good chance of making serious discoveries in three different areas and making me a lot of money🤑

Diamonds can make suckers of many investors - Look at those who came late to PARAGON and have lost everything- The road to money heaven is littered with failed companies who were going to find or claimed to have fabulous resourses and but never were able to extract enough fo the bright stuff to be profitable.

Not saying it will happen here and someone always wins a million on the premium bonds ever month - Could happen here but (imo) very long odds. Gambling money only

Overhang more or less gone, good news over the next few weeks could mean Patience in shares can be a very worthwhile pursuit?

Eventful day...shows how the share price can really move if they can get the announcements and hopefully positive news into the market. Pity the gains didnt stick but no doubt there were some who got shares in the placing 1.5 and offloaded at the first chance above 1.5p. Hopefully they have been cleared out by some decent volume.

and the fuse has been lit!! moving on small volume which shows shares being tightly held and not much around at these prices. lets hope they can follow up todays announcements with some more over the next few weeks.

For those who haven't read the article I found the below to most interesting section:How are Botswana Diamonds shares faring in the stock market after entering into the earn-in agreement with Vutomi? What is the value addition or take away that this exercise has brought to both Botswana Diamonds and Vutomi Mining? The shares reacted favourably to the announcement of the agreement and equity was raised to fund the Vutomi venture and BOD's exploration activities in Botswana. The share price has drifted a little since the fund raising but we plan a series of regular substantive updates as we progress with the various exploration activities.I for one am looking forward to the regular substantive updates.......As always GLA

That's what I'm banking on ein! Last years placing was managed much better I seem to remember we peaked at 2.99 shortly after! We have even more on offer this year so the current share price for me is a steal! GLA

Quite a few of the sells over the last few days were buys and it appears the overhang of shares from that badly handled placing is now gone, at least at this price. So , I would expect an upwards move in price while we await news. However there will be rumours and maybe some results could be earlier than expected? that would be a good sign. Either way it should be exciting?
