Update on the LSE board. Delay in TR progress looks to be due to obtaining the water license.

Hopefully JC can work his magic and get it sorted asap.

update is "OK", but very/too little bottom line figures.
That has yet to come, & is why my holding is a minnow - 0.6% of PF,
which could rise when we see what the sales/P&L/ebitda figures are,
but coy defo needs to prove up before I get serious....

RNS not terribly helpful, as it is so narrowly limited to Marsfontein and lacks key information - such as a real or estimated sales value for the diamonds found so far. Overall, fewer carats found than I would like, but hopeful that there are "several" special gem stones (i.e. bigger than 10.6 carats each) in the haul.
So:
1) The Thorny River mining permit is already late. When is it expected now? From the RNS, sometime in H2 2023 would seem to be the answer. That's a wide bracket.
2) As regards the Botswana assets, complete radio silence. My best guess is that talks / deal-making are in progress, but how that all turns out, who knows! All we can do on that is wait.

Rns at last would have liked to see estimated value of carats recovered so far and updates on all the other projects as well but as least TR is progressing will start later in year

It is an odd one. I’m still optimistic and have faith that JC is working hard behind the scenes. Radio silence aside from the rare tweet could be an indication that negotiations are taking place. If that wasn’t the case I’m pretty sure JC would have been giving us production figures etc.

Hope not to be proven wrong!

The tweets on activities flow, so indication is money is being made. JV's are as you say sensitive so pointers are to rhe North; news will come at the right moment.

Long long silence now from the company - 4 months since the last RNS, and that was only the (backwards looking) interims.
I can't pretend I'm happy to be invested in silence, but what it all means I don't know. It could be good news is on its way, but it could also be the prelude to bad news.

Yeah would have been good to receive a Q2 Trading update as we are now active at last maybe next week TR should be almost done and dusted as well with news on Licence awards and Joint Venture
