Notice of Annual General Meeting
Boston International Holdings plc, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to undertake one or more acquisitions of target companies or businesses in the FX sector, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the period from 17 November 2015 to 31 December 2016, along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy was sent on Friday 19(th) May to its shareholders.
The Company's AGM will be held at 5 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RD at 10:00am on Tuesday 13th June 2017.
