Boston International Holdings plc, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to undertake one or more acquisitions of target companies or businesses in the FX sector, is pleased to announce that Cornhill Capital Limited have been appointed as sole broker to the Company with immediate effect.

BIH is seeking to acquire a business operating in the foreign exchange (FX) sector. Following the acquisition, BIH intends to seek re-admission of the enlarged group to trading on the London Stock Exchange or admission to another stock exchange.
