17/3/2010 10:52 | I only get until the 24th as mine are in a nominee account. Grrr! | lindybee
16/3/2010 13:23 | Only 2 weeks to go until Constellation's 33p offer initial date closes: "The first closing date of the Offer is 31 March 2010." They only need to get 5.52% acceptance to give them a 50% controlling stake and then it's game over... ... other potential suitors need to start showing their hands and soon, before shareholders make their minds up about Constellation offer. | ldmachin

12/3/2010 08:26 | Hi Guys, Thanks for the thoughts - will have a look at the shares mentioned. Still in RNSM and looking to add more. gg | greengiant
11/3/2010 23:19 | Well done to gg for getting out at 34p a share./ I am still trying to work out what Millenium are doing - if they are going to make a bid they had better hurry up looking at their web site they own stakes in various companies. I would have thought that Gladstone would be to much of a mature business for them to invest in. Any way we will wait and see- in the meantime I think its going to be difficult for Constellation to take over Gladstone at 33p sop i think they may have to raise the offer to 35p which should tip the balance for them. | boll
11/3/2010 22:07 | I'm still holding! | bobthetrader
11/3/2010 21:32 | Davidosh - I agree and thats what I meant. The point I was trying to make (albeit badly!)was that only Millenium will drive Constellation higher and we can all ride on the back of that higher bid | moorsie2
11/3/2010 21:14 | gg...clintons have just announced intention for a buyback...shares retreated from 52p to 41p...surely will be passed at agm..i reckon a nice 20 pct in 8 weeks. thoughts? | patviera
11/3/2010 19:03 | LDM....The GVC share price has fallen off a cliff and a buyer at £8.50 four years ago will not agree with you. The company was not involved in the USA like LNG but has destroyed value for investors over the same period whilst directors have had very handsome returns. You cannot even remotely compare options as the GVC guys have gained 10x more of those too. Anyway no need to argue the point here. | davidosh
11/3/2010 18:56 | Moorsie2.....Constel | davidosh
11/3/2010 18:05 | Big time. There is no way a serious outfit like Millenium would throw money away. So such large buying at 34p indicates that they see a return above this number. The clincher to this deal is negotiations between Millenium and Constellation now. If C can convince M to sell to them at 38p then its game set and match for us all but C cannot just ride this one out at 33p | moorsie2 |
