You've found whatever you've found, Henchard, and drawn a legal conclusion.
That's your business as an investor.
As I said, I did my research and found my own answer.
It's not for me to justify your position. I'm a PI not a legal advisor.
DYOR.

SL have done very well out of boo in since 2014, always leave something for the next man.

Should be back to 350 by end of next week.

It's possible the Times will try and trash them again on Sunday

Sogoesit, this is BOO's AIM Rule 26 page It's not there, nor on any of the other pages I've screenshotted on the group's corporate website. Is it really too much to ask you to post a link to the relevant page?

I googled it, Henchard. The AIM-26 rules are being followed as they are published on "the group's" web site.
I'm not a Google secretary for you or anyone else.

As they say, DYOR, and send it to the Sunday Times yourself.

Invester2010 - when did Zak Mir say that? (post 19299) The last analysis I read of his, dated two days ago, said it could go to 120. Just asking.

When do the IIs begin to walk away? How long can they risk being associated with this level of toxicity?

Sogoesit,

That's great, can you provide a link to the webpage on BOO's corporate website that shows that information? To me, it looks like you've pulled it from some financial website that more or less guesses the holdings.

Here are the most recent major shareholders.
The one's that Henchard cannot seem to find (since he is ignorant of the structure of the group. Just a hint, it's not incorporated in the UK). Lol.

dalep, I think there's been a lot of promotion about ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) and ESG ratings in the last year or so. Similar to "Green" ratings, fossil-fuel or mining prohibitions etc. on investors.
Fund managers who follow these channelled ratings, when mandated by their aims and objectives, may be forced sellers when they consider there is a breach of the conditions that the ratings agencies may place on a stock.
Of course, as with all these attempts to "channel" investors the so-called "credentials" outweigh the economic or commercial aspects of a business in the process. The funds' performances can vary depending on when and how the fashion for whichever channel changes.

(I note that ADVFN has put a Red Flag on BOO's header but on what basis it has done this I have no idea. Companies like Shell, GSK etc. have a "Blank" designator so what that means is unclear but I'm sure an ADVFN subscriber could enlighten us).

Brilliant trading share this. No stamp duty and you can make or lose a few hundred every half hour if you want if you have at least 15 or 20 grand to trade it.
