I will buy on dips for sure. I think this has battered the share price...but it’s certainly not worth £4.20 like christheclown keeps saying

Well.....interestingly I find myself actually defending an issue here. Firstly, the Kamanis are complete crooks in my opinion, however, what has been created is incredible. So you have a 50/50 issue going on. John Lyttle is the honest and respectful man on the room - zero question on that.....I suspect he was less aware of the Kamani family and so to him as an honest business leader he would assess the business at a face value corporate giant. So does that part have value? Yes, and we all agree on that. So the slavery issue....who should pay? I point the finger at all the Kamanis directly! PLT was an awful deal for shareholders..I would demand Kamani Jr return £100 million to compensate the real workers and to repair brand damage. Kamani Sr and Kane should be held responsible and return shares or forgo bonuses.

But then we have the value! Well, that is still almost the same! No riots! No intended riots! So just repay what the workers are owed! Then this share is back to £2.80 - £3.20 value.

Kevin Bell10 Jul 2020 7:31PMWhat is needed is clarification about the relationship between BooHoo and the local suppliers. With sourcing being such a key activity you would think that BooHoo knew a great deal about their suppliers and their cost of production. Robert Hardcastle11 Jul 2020 10:23AM@Kevin Bell Directors of Boohoo and their families are directors of the supliers..All the information is available on the companies house website.

Let's get this cliche in order .. 'People want cheap clothes' used a lot,

They only want them in as much as people want 2 helpings of ice cream as opposed to 1,
it's a worthless statement,

Peoples 'want' is because they have cheap clothes put in front of them over the last 15 yrs, so that becomes 'want'

In the 80's when you bought a shirt, jeans, or blouse, it was an event or treat, it was not like buying a hamburger or packet of cigarettes,

You 'like' cheaper clothes, they are not a requirement

Bottom line is no industry has ever needed bad practices to flourish it would be like introducing 50% diluted 100% fresh orange juice .. if you cant't compete on the level you and your product shouldn't exist

Nevertheless i appreciate the competition and change in the industry brought about by Boo Primark etc that allows working people access to clothing and fashion

So if the poor underpaid workers have to claim benefits to survive, we taxpayers have been subsidising Boohoo's profits!

Hi christh,

.."why are you so desperate and keep repeating yourself????????

We can read, no point posting the same thing, will not make a diference! "

First post you've ever written that I find believable. OTOH, your lack of self-awareness is unbelievable.
