02/7/2024 16:45 | Officially, Boohoo PLC has declined to comment on the supposed "business trip" to Turkey, involving 30 senior executives partying in Bodrum !! However, attempts to keep the junket quiet failed, when other Boohoo employees blew the whistle stating: "We've just reported a £160 Million financial loss, Boohoo brands are struggling financially and Senior Management have disappeared off to Turkey" "Worst still, we [staff] have been told to do everything possible to try to cut costs, but yet the Directors feel it is appropriate to go on a trip.". | ![]() sellhighandbuylow
02/7/2024 16:29 | Does it really require 30 (THIRTY) Boohoo Directors to visit Bodrum in Turkey at the same time, supposedly for a "business trip" ??? | ![]() sellhighandbuylow
02/7/2024 16:22 | We have it on good authority from a credible source within Boohoo PLC that the Greedy Gang's junket to Turkey was paid for, using a company credit card, so wind your neck in, Millstone. | factsandfigures
02/7/2024 16:19 | F&F tesco boy they aren't using shareholder funds are they now. Silly girl. | ![]() millennialinvestor
02/7/2024 16:17 | THE GREEDY GANG ARE SET FOR A SHOWDOWN WITH INVESTORS ON THEIR RETURN FROM TURKEY. ==================== A group of 30 Boohoo Senior Executives including Chairman Mahmud Kamani, Chief Executive John Lyttle, Design Director Caroline Evans plus Carol Kane, Paul Papworth, and Mark Baker all flew out to Bodrum in Turkey, supposedly on "business trip" paid for with shareholder funds. Boohoo PLC recently reported a massive £160 Million financial loss, so the timing of this trip has received much criticism from angry shareholders. Under Section 172 of the Companies Act 2006, when Boohoo Directors act in their own interests and not in the best interests of Boohoo’s shareholders, this is a breach of their statutory duties. Boohoo’s Directors are automatically viewed as “trustees and custodians” of all Boohoo shareholder funds and any misuse or misappropriation of these funds is regarded by the Courts as sufficient grounds for a Director’s Disqualification order. In the case of Boohoo Directors using the company bank account as their own private bank account, to finance an extravagant trip to Bodrum in Turkey - this is likely to be deemed to be the misuse of shareholder funds. There are certainly sufficient grounds for yet another Group Litigation claim against Boohoo PLC and its Directors !!! | factsandfigures |
