The latest reviews from current Boohoo employees and from former Boohoo employees posted on the Indeed staff recruitment website indicates a high degree of dissatisfaction amongst staff at Boohoo's Burnley distribution centre, with many stating Boohoo PLC is a terrible company to work for.

Thanks Facts.This is a very old post too.Do we know if things have improved.Do you want to ask them for an update.What's your take on what Frasers will do when they take them over.Can't imagine under Mike Ashley it will get any better.Fair play to you guys for caring about the little people. Those workers.Great work chaos we just need up to date info but if you don't have any please post the old stuff.Keep it going

BOOHOO PLC NAMED AND SHAMED BY U.S.D.A.W TRADE UNION OVER WORKERS RIGHTS

Representatives from the Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers are repeating calls for Boohoo’s Senior Management to engage in constructive discussions with the trade union about workers rights and poor working conditions within Boohoo’s distribution centres.

Despite U.S.D.A.W representing many workers at Boohoo’s Burnley warehouse and call centre and at Boohoo’s Head Office in Manchester, Boohoo PLC continues to refuse to recognise the trade union, leaving staff without a real voice in the work place.

Mike Aylward – U.S.D.A.W Regional Secretary stated: “For some years we have been seeking a dialogue with Boohoo to enable us to represent our members’ concerns. We have been met with a wall of silence and staff have been told in no uncertain terms not to engage with the union.

“Concerns about poor working conditions are not just isolated to the supply chain and Boohoo’s directly employed staff feel like they have no way of raising issues with managers or finding resolutions to problems. That is why they need an independent trade union, to give them a voice at work”.

“Once again we have asked Boohoo’s Management to sit down with U.S.D.A.W representatives and address the concerns raised by our member, but all our requests have been ignored”.

I thought ASOs was going bust Qantas according to sum?The words game over ring a bell.This is very encouraging news and with all the cost savings they are implementing will massively increase cash flow.Boohoo will do doing the same so will make sure no one miss this
