09/6/2017 16:53 | When is enough enough? | volsung
09/6/2017 16:51 | Hmm the market size for this stock is 15,000. That might help in setting stop lot sizes. | commander t
09/6/2017 16:01 | Hi Guys guess what i put in a stop loss at 257p yesterday at 4.25pm and they got sold when i was asleep after my night shift at 8.03am at 253.50p of all prices. Althou i made 125k i feel a bit deflated and a little frustrated seeing the share continuely rising over the cause of the day. Sitting on this share for almost 3 years i feel a bit deflated and want to buy back in but givng me a price of 272p ive held back. Should have only instructed half my stock but HEY HOE wont be the last hey. | iggyb67

09/6/2017 15:11 | This share is relentless... really thought we'd have a pullback. AMAZING! | analcime
09/6/2017 14:55 | Ps.. I work in the industry. | telbap
09/6/2017 14:54 | PT.....they buy most of the regular jersey and basics here in the U.K. Leicester and Manchester are full of mills working on full tilt to cover this. That's the whole idea of buying uk garments. Quick to market, no waiting 6 weeks for imported cloth to arrive. | telbap
09/6/2017 14:01 | I think the percentages are around 40% fabric&trimming with rest of cost base 50% uk. So, probably a 50/50 uk/non-uk cost split overall. Their gross margin is 50% plus. | sogoesit
09/6/2017 13:40 | Tepbap around 50% is UK, but that is production, but you still have to buy fabric from FE | pt725
09/6/2017 12:44 | Pt...thats what i rhouhht, however a huge ampunt of boohoo purchases are uk based......so the small amount of usd debt is more than payable by usd income.Boohoo growtg will come from buy outs. They kind of hinted at it in the rns yesterday. If they manage to buy a new bolt on every other year, the insane growrth curve is totally workable.I would expect them at some point this year to go for share consolidatuon, then maybe 5:1, then full market listing, so add in fundies buying in. | telbap
09/6/2017 12:14 | Currency not as relevant to Boohoo as most retailers as goods are sourced in dollars and Boohoo has income in $ , easy to pay direct without currency hedging | pt725
09/6/2017 11:51 | Did anyone get any at £2.50?? | borg45
09/6/2017 10:31 | I think this is the one lampran refers to: (Overall benefit to BOO - below average age demographic and sterling weakness positive) QUOTE Result will exacerbate margin headwinds, add to imported inflation & erode spending power Companies: BCA, BOO, MYSL, SWL, WGB The UK's decision to not elect a majority government will cause uncertainty and weigh on domestic consumer stocks, said city Broker N+1 Singer in a report published this morning. According to N+1 Singers, the stocks that benefit from sterling weakness include Boohoo, MySale, Swallowfield, Walker Greenbank, and BCA Marketplace. The result and subsequent uncertainty of the possible Tory-DUP coalition looks challenging and will create significant uncertainty around the UK government and Brexit negotiations, said Analyst Matthew McEachran. "A disastrous Conservative campaign full of unforced errors has resulted in a hung parliament, losing 12 seats vs. Labour gaining 29... As a result, Sterling has fallen to a new 6-month low vs. the Euro, but less so against an also weak Dollar." Heading into the election markets had been discounting a Tory majority, but the hung parliament will likely now see sterling weaken, which Mr McEachran says will lead to increased pressure on inflation, consumer confidence and consumption, and that this will see another shift to international earners (stocks) from domestics. "Depending on coalition talks, or if another election is needed, this picture could deteriorate further. Overall, this is negative for domestic consumer stocks, especially those reliant on foreign sourcing and an above average age demographic." Singers says it expects this to exacerbate margin headwinds, as well as adding to imported inflation and erosion of spending power - likely weighing on consumer confidence." UNQUOTE | sogoesit
09/6/2017 10:02 | What does it say, as don't have research tree | pt725
09/6/2017 09:35 | Big note out from N+1 Singer on vote: "Government uncertainty to weigh on domestic consumer stocks" looks at boohoo hxxps://www.research | lampran
09/6/2017 08:36 | Anyway, doesn't look as if it's stopping at 260. Next marker must be 300p. Following-on from my post 6126 (about "conservative" targets) here are some stretch, or stretchable ( ;-) ), targets: Feb 2018 EPS 5.47p Pay 80 x = 435p rounded Feb 2019 EPS 10.5p Pay 70 x = 735p rounded Feb 2020 EPS 21.0p Pay 60 x = 1265p rounded That's getting to Revenue of approx. £3.0 billion by Feb 2020. All imv. | sogoesit
09/6/2017 08:35 | Well regardless, I must admit I have taken a modest position and whacked in the ISA and will just leave it there for a couple of years now. The scalability and brand management augurs well for the future imo. ASOS mk II? Don't see why not. | terry hardacre
09/6/2017 08:31 | Analcime, Look back at last couple of days. There have been posters who have said that, like me, they have sold but bought again at a higher price. This is not meant to be arguementitive just people being honest. As I pointed out, I did the same some months back but, won't be doing that again | skerra |
