NEVER overlook the fact that the Kamani family have extracted hundreds of millions of pounds of SHAREHOLDERS MONEY out of Boohoo PLC.

Paying way over the odds to acquire the trading name and the branding of PrettyLittleThing, (previously owned by Kamani's two sons).

Maybe compare the prices paid for PLT against the prices paid for Debenhams, Oasis, Coast, Karen Millen, etc and then draw your own conclusions.

Then Kamani installed his 3rd son to run BoohooMan and how many more Kamanis are actually on the Boohoo payroll...... check for yourselves !!!

It is no wonder former Boohoo Chairman, Peter Williams was on Kamani's back about "feathering the nest" and non compliance with the City's rules

Neon already told us all that Kamani never officially issued any sort of RNS disclosing or warnings everybody about the $100 Million Class Action lawsuits.

Go through all the RNS announcements from April 2020, May 2020 and June 2020 for yourself

It wasnt just small shareholders that were mislead, the large City institutions that bought Boohoo shares in the May 2020 share placing were also mislead.

BOOHOO CHAIRMAN, MAHMUD KAMANI STILL HIDING FROM HIS U.S. ACCUSERS

The Federal Judge in California in the three $100 Million U.S. Class Action lawsuits against Boohoo, NastyGal and PrettyLittleThing has restated that Boohoo Chairman, Mahmud Kamani must stop delaying and give evidence in these lawsuits which allege that U.S.customers were deceived with fraudulent pricing.

Mahmud Kamani still now faces a four-hour grilling over claims that Boohoo “advertised fake and inflated” prices to dupe buyers into thinking they were landing a bargain.

Making the ruling, Judge John E. McDermott stated one of the victims, Farid Khan, had presented evidence that Mr Kamani, had “unique personal” knowledge which is relevant to the 3 lawsuits.

Documents appear to show Mr Kamani sent emails to Boohoo Senior Executives, including Chief Executive, John Lyttle, telling them how to run a marketing campaign in Australia.

Boohoo’s accusers say the emails reveal the “same false” price structure Boohoo used in the USA, arguing Mr Kamani was the “architect and major driver” of pricing schemes.

Kamani was originally ordered by the Federal Court to give his deposition via video conference by 15 August, but this was put back to 15 September on appeal by Boohoo's Defence lawyers.

The revised Court deadline has now been set for 12 November 2021
