                   Software Agreement with The Rullion Group


Bond International Software, the specialist provider of software for the
international recruitment and human resources industries, has concluded an
agreement, worth #400,000, with The Rullion Group  that will result in the world
leading staffing software, Adapt, being implemented in all of Rullion's
divisions in the UK.


Rullion, comprising six individually managed businesses offering carefully
tailored staffing solutions to specific industry sectors, has been recruiting
technical personnel since 1978.  Now providing technical, IT, trades, commercial
and industrial personnel the group has twenty offices nationwide and an annual
turnover in excess of #140 million which makes it one of the top ten independent
providers of Human Resource solutions in the UK.

Robert Scott, Group Financial Director of Rullion explains.  "Each business in
our Group shares a common philosophy - to provide consistently high quality
personnel, the best possible standard of service and to uphold our commitment to
openness, honesty, integrity and trust.  Choosing Adapt as our long-term partner
was a continuation of this philosophy.  We were looking to replace our existing
software and were very impressed with the power and flexibility of Adapt.  More
importantly though, in Bond we feel we have chosen a strong partner who will
help us achieve our business aims in the coming years."
