                        Notification of Interim Results



On behalf of our client Bond International Software plc, the specialist provider
of software for the international recruitment and human resources sector, we
notify the London Stock Exchange that the Company will be announcing its Interim
results for the six months to 30 June 2003 on Tuesday 9 September 2003.


There will be an analyst briefing at 10.00 am and a press briefing at 11.30 am
