                            Appointment of Director


The board of Bond International Software plc are pleased to announce the
appointment of Bruce Morrison as the Group's Finance Director.


Bruce qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London where he became an
Audit Manager before leaving to act as Finance Director for Wembley (London)
Limited, which was the major operating company within the Wembley plc Group.
Subsequently he joined Radio First plc a start up company, as Finance Director.


Steve Russell, Group Chief Executive said "We welcome Bruce to our team. His
experience with small companies and knowledge of the City will be invaluable in
moving the Group to the next stage of its development"


In accordance with paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules Mr Morrison (aged
