BOND INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE PLC

Bond International Software's Finance Director, Martin Clements, left the
company on Friday 30 May 2003 to join another AIM quoted company.  The directors
wish to thank Martin for his contribution to the company over the last five
years.



Richard Hall, a non executive director, the group's Company Secretary and a
Chartered Accountant, who was part time Finance Director prior to Martin's
recruitment in 1998, will provide support until a permanent replacement is
appointed, at which time a further announcement will be made.
