So, just had a look at Jefferies. Not that I know a lot about the quality of US houses, but these guys don't seem minor league. So, if they are in the frame, can be only good news. BNN stock price seems to have stalled recently, and there has been some mixed posivity on this thread, but my feelings are somewhat positive. The management seem to have steered this company in a more than positive direction since the Chinese restrictions on online lottery operators. Other companies have not been equally proactive. The next news on revenue and earnings will be interesting, and cannot be long in coming now. But my head says that the more interesting news will be further agreements and board room announcements. The Nasdaq listing shows more importantly shows the intent of management to be a major player in the online payment technology sector and have access to the investors/funds etc that understand this sector more than AIM investors. Who knows how fast the share price will rise, but this seems a sound investment, given the weigh up between current price and future prospects. Upwards and onwards. All IMO and GLA.

Hey. Been looking at this thread for quite a while now, and this is my first post. Very excited about potential of this stock, and IMO, the re-classification of BNN is crucial to a higher share price, as well as more information about the current financial performance and potential new announcements. Technology companies seemingly have far higher P/E ratios than Lottery companies!! Question though, there was a lot of discussion regarding US Sponsor. Which Brokerage houses would be a "Good" announcement, and which would be "Bad"? Hopefully somebody knows what I mean with that question?!! Anyway, good luck to all.

Whilst we are waiting for some news ,its worth reading the content of their announcement back in April regarding the deal with Xinhua....the numbers are mind boggling.

I think I am a little guilty of that too .
I don't think we have much to hear in the next two weeks .

And we all knew it was going to be the early new year before we see any fireworks .

But I remain confident that this is a great opportunity and 2017 could see a £3 share ( imo )

You are all so deluded, enamoured with this 'jam tomorrow' outfit, and this is exactly what it is until solid figures are released, which I am willing to bet are going to be atrocious, to add to all previous ones, with massive losses to show so far!

Until then you are taking a massive gamble in a hugely oversubscribed market, run by giants, so you could easily lose the lot, and that would not be the first time on AIM!

As they say 'buyer beware', but some seem to think this the best thing since sliced bread when it's just a stupid APP, like so many others!!

Personal opinion that seeks to stain the repuatation of Bnn/Henderson/Mercer that is not grounded in fact and expressed on a public bb is slander you intellectual cretin. Just like the time you claimed a major investor was exiting their position when they were not. Just like the time you lied about the commission rate. Enjoy your solicitors letters arriving in the post shortly. Should give you something else to do.

Just for the record, you didn't say in my opinion which therefore implies your quote is a statement of fact. Its the difference between "you are an idiot" or "in my opinion you are an idiot" those two quotes are very different.

Yes that is correct.The reduction in total number of shares in issue has pushed Hendersons holding to marginally above 5%.

There was approx 244,000 shares traded on the 19th, this latest RNS is a result of the news we got on the 19th about the reduction of shares on the market. Henderson haven't bought any more shares. I am a longterm holder and this is how I understand the RNS..
