02/11/2016 09:57 | Michael Walters has got so many wrong before, he'll be looking to get out imo as people foolishly buy into this company, one that is ALL talk, nothing else. Another AIM dream built on promises and illusion. | topazfrenzy
02/11/2016 09:55 | Jam tomorrow, this story is only that. Sell while you can, it's heading down to 60p before long on its way to Zero. | topazfrenzy
02/11/2016 09:38 | You see this is why these posts are so good , Citygent is right in someways but somnus has given a excellent piece of advice on MW . But this sell off is putting the price in reverse at the moment but again ( imo ) if just part of this potential passes the finish line this share will not be in the low £1.30s ( £2-3 ) imo ... just strange price dropping as I speak ? | charlesdarcy
02/11/2016 09:16 | City Gent - If you want informed research but lack the means to do it yourself go to Michaelwalters.com and pay $75. If nothing else you will be more comfortable in your continued buying. | somnus101
02/11/2016 01:48 | Theres no buying on heresay and we are not driving the price. Some pretty big heavyweight investors are in here. BNN are in bed with a China heavyweight of their own with some interesting deals on the horizon. The IPO, earnings and future tie ups will drive the price. My average buy price is higher than todays after averaging up. DYORAA. | ayesha4
02/11/2016 00:22 | Folks, Is it just me? I get the impression from this forum that we are in here because someone we know has introduced us to this stock, has background knowledge, or has some connection. Therefore all being optimistic and talking/hoping things 'up'. How many of you posting has bought-in 'intelligently' from research etc? As a lay person I consider what they have 'going' sounds a 'no brainer' and should succeed but why aren't others better placed & and more savvy than I thinking same? Is the company producing the goods? I can't believe Nasdaq sales will be listed/purchased on promises or a whim. Forgive me if I sound out of of touch...I'm still buying, whatever. | city_gentleman
01/11/2016 21:55 | I think we can all agree that there is a lot of opportunity here. The question as charlesdarcy raised in a recent post is what is the starting price for a nasdaq placing. I think the minimum ( shoot me down please ) is $4 from reading nasdaq rules...so it becomes a question of how many shares go into the ads ... so let the experts debate what that starting price should be...which I suppose has an influence on where the share price needs to be in the short term...which the mm will decide..no idea really but enjoying the comments here and from miranda, who has a lot to contribute re context and what is going on in china in general,...miranda i enjoyed ur intelligent and informative posts on mike walters... | pauljmjames
01/11/2016 19:26 | Great posts everyone ! IMO shares are great value !!! | charlesdarcy
01/11/2016 17:30 | Perfectchoice Spot on. There will be a number of material announcements. They expect a quick decision in terms of the listing. They already have a huge amount of interest - even without the roadshows - which will still happen. Stick in there. | ayesha4
01/11/2016 17:13 | Newblock ; very good I think you are right the Naz listing will be a success if the markets are solid . However with 2 markets to trade on and new or old shares their is only one profit the company is making and that needs to start to show through in January onwards . Thanks for the info , Ayesha4 what's your thoughts ? | charlesdarcy
01/11/2016 17:09 | That sounds right from my understanding. New shares don't have to be issued but more ADSs sold to new holders sucks out UK shares assigned to the ADSs and so drives the price up. But to get the number of ADSs to launch they may need to issue more shares but in a positive way as there is too much demand from the USA. Its a balancing act in the end which is why no specific details were in the last RNS. | perfect choice
01/11/2016 16:52 | charlesdarcy. Been doing a little theoretical research. In theory, the company does not have to issue any more common shares. They simply issue as many ADRs as they want, which will be guided by the demand interest from the US Sponsor's work. Obviously 1 ADR can equal 1 common share OR 1 ADR can equal 3 common shares. This will depend upon minimum Nasdaq ADR value requirements etc. Importantly for each ADR that is issued, some UK/EU house needs to hold the equivalent amount of common stock. Hence if ADR demand from US investors is HIGH, the price of the common stock will automatically go HIGHER as this UK/EU house needs to buy up more common stock. If ADR demand is excessive, they could issue more ADRs...and the cycle begins again. So we await announcements/earnin | newmanontheblock
01/11/2016 16:44 | Those close to the company fully expect £2.50 at listing. | ayesha4
01/11/2016 16:26 | They will have to issue new shares to keep the balance if a good uptake happens ( which it will ) The PE will be more on the Naz and that's why I think the share price will leap the £2 per share and then move up from this base with good trade figures during 2017 ( £3 ) Just a shame we don't get more updates ... Any thoughts ? | charlesdarcy
01/11/2016 15:06 | I assume this is just part of the Nasdaz listing process! I was lead to believe any new shares would be to facilitate the sponsor in gaining the right entry price for the listing of in excess of the min. Requirements of upwards of $3 per share! Any comments? | and11
01/11/2016 15:01 | Ah ok! Cheers... | and11
01/11/2016 14:58 | and11 MW mentioned it re the Nasdaq listing but it is just his opinion. All the best | toyin
01/11/2016 14:55 | Placing will only be in the form of the issuing of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) for the Nasdaq listing, where ADSs are made up of a number of UK shares (2 or 3 to hit target Nasdaq price?), which "could" include more new shares being issued by BNN to fulfil. So not a normal placing as I see it and a mechanism to open up BNN to the USA market. I just see drift downs like this as a buying opportunity. | perfect choice
01/11/2016 14:43 | Just a little shake!! News coming! Placing rumours, not heard anyone discussing this... explain ripplevale? | and11
01/11/2016 14:21 | Placing rumours are not helping | ripplevale
01/11/2016 14:08 | Whatever MW wrote can't be good we are nearly 4% down | micktheknife
01/11/2016 13:42 | Ladies and Gentleman, we are just descending slightly in order to clear some MM turbulence. As soon as the turbulence is over, we will climb back to cruising altitude. Keep your seat belts on, and enjoy the ride. | newmanontheblock
01/11/2016 09:47 | Ok Snowflake fair comment. Didn't wish to cause any Agro with anyone. | sistercarol
01/11/2016 09:40 | sisterCarol - someone got a great deal of flak by posting detailed extracts out of a report concerning another company. Michael Walters spends a great deal of his time researching and attending meetings. For that he posts reports to subscribers and operates a website. Subscribers pay a very modest fee of £75 p a. He welcomes new subscribers. I would not advise anyone to breach his copyright. | snowyflake
