Charles: even if I am on the same flight as our intrepid Capt Pugwash, I cant afford his 6* luxury travel. I sell Corsa’s from my Lot. I don’t have an endless supply stream of investors that can afford me the Platinum Class travel. Nope, it’s Cattle Class both ways for me and therefore no chance of bumping into DM even if I knew who he was. At least I am only paying for myself to go, not pumping hard earned money into covering the cost for someone else too !! So long as you are happy to do so that’s fine by me.

Well, what a day. For the first time, I have achieved the status of being filtered......thank you Sandcrab. I treat it as a badge of honour. Never happened to me before. I feel blessed, and you are the blessed. Moving on, so, the continual “good news soon” continues. Last week it was 26th November (allowing for the 30 days notice until the 26th December Israel meeting of MICT).....nope, nothing. Then it’s “it’s coming”, but we are still waiting. Then it’s Xmas (which Xmas?). Oh dear, Dolt has gone quiet, Ormskirk One has retreated, Perfect has started to swear, DC is a Liar has had a pop. Charles pretends to be relaxed in the sun but gives it large with no substance to support his claims. Ayesha is silent (thank goodness). Sandy etc try to convince us that DM remains on top form. And NDAs and letters of intent appear to be taken by some as evidence of “deal done”. But the reality is that another month has gone by and there is still no tangible “good news soon”. As each day passes, the score line is going up. Diane/Andy/Pap/Muddy have just got a penalty and could make it 4-0 if it goes in the top corner before 10pm tomorrow night. And then, we are into ‘time added on’. December upon us, 2 weeks working time at best, and if nothing happens, it’s 2019 and that means it’s 2 calendar years since BNN went belly. All the “good news soon” and “it’s coming” lot will have lost all credibility and deserve to hang their heads in shame; smoked out for what they are......desperate rampers or desperate losers. Either way, they will deserve nothing but ridicule. Anyway, forget them, let’s hold the moral high ground and hope for good news for the early bird and local investors that have put their shirts on DM’s fine talk, and let’s hope for their sake alone that some great news arrives for those guys pre-Xmas. Anyway, sold a lovely little number to a female couple today so am off to LA tomorrow to see the fight. Back Weds. Will try to keep in touch. Ps, don’t tell Mrs WWW, she thinks I am away to gen-up about the 2019 Corsa replacement ! Ssssh......

I fed back what I was told and in good faith. At BNN, if you are in, the reverse takeover is happening. Should have news before the 25th October that it is proceeding. Investment banks have committed funds. Not easy to get anything through with the SEC - just wait.

No need to apologies pap, some other characters on here need to understand posts may be opinions or forecasts and they can always not quite come about as planned. Its just best information at the time.

Also " possess inside knowledge" applies both ways in what people say, like "DM has done a runner" and "BNN is bust". Don't see any challenges on source when comments are made like that.

There are plenty of holders here who would say BNN wasn't a good investment, the outcome right now in being de-listed clearly confirms that. I myself have said a couple of times on this BB that I doubt BNN could continue as a single business going forward as it stands now (although there is one sentence in the EY2017 reports which does make a statement to allow "continuing existence as a business"). The future is not BNN but "NewCo" and that is very different, wait and see.
