Would you say that phurley’s “deal has fallen apart “ comment is wide of the mark.

Phurley - "work in progress" still is all I can really say on a public BB right now. I know a detail which would possibly explain your comment and that is still being worked on I believe (a final hurdle situation I would call it), plus there is a set timeline in place which may have to change if certain activities are not completed as intended. So as with any deal its not done until the last piece is done and that applies here.

On that basis I am not expecting MICT to say anything on their call. Until the last piece of work is done they cannot commit to saying anything, as its a "all or nothing" situation I would call it. So basically they will say nothing then if all completed, they will then be able to say everything is done if you catch my drift.

Oh by the way, comments about deals last Summer were for the corporate initiative to be announced as far as I was aware, which it was late June/early July. But if anybody has ever being involved in mergers and acquisitions, timescales are never fixed, unless both parties specifically agree a fixed deadline to complete negotiations.

So keep watching and waiting it has to be still.

Is there an MICT conference call today? Maybe there will be mention of merger in that call, hopefully positive.

This is a buying opportunity IMHO.

Nice one Diane! How wrong I was there, on tie scales anyway. Think the price was about 50p and it will look very cheap if/when this deal goes ahead. Still on as far as I am aware but have no updates.

He is here because some dude recommended the shares at around the 150 mark to him and all that’s happened is the share price has shrunk.
