Ayesha .

No surprise on Q3 or 4 as so much negativity within the company .

I hope the loan has been repaid as taken out ( by cash ).
I agree that Nasdaq is the route and target again the only reason we didn’t get a placing was the CEO antics .
Still a new year and a new team almost complete and perhaps a huge announcement of a Spring placing on a new Market ? .

Harry is no fool and DM must of brought him in to steer BNN onto the Nasdaq which will happen .

We will be receiving news of Mercer loan soon. Unfortunately Q3 slipped and so has Q4.Management being strengthened as we speak.Mercer doing what he is good and signing new deals - we will hear Jan 18.Nasdaq will still happen. Happy New Year everyone.

What do you mean by reversal ? Into a different market or a share for share take over ?
Time will be move quickly in early January and they need to announce quite a lot of news on Q3 / 4 new directors & deals going forward .

I must admit I am feeling something big going on .

But first we all need to know our ex CEO has repaid his loan to BNN within time and not by any other means than his own money .

A few further thoughts lead me to think that only NEDs would be needed to approve a major reversal which would of course bring its own Execs.

Probably need the ned’s In conjunction with the Chairman to appoint the right CEO. It’s believed that the CFO is already in my place & l suspect will be announced early Jan, followed by an announcement of CEO some time during Mid/End Jan...good Xmas all...😎€526;😎

Ok - so the thing that I don't understand is why we are seeing non-exec appointments when there have not been any exec appointments ? Surely the non-execs must have been told who the proposed exec directors are likely to be at least ? What is the priority here ? Or do they need the ned's to be able to ratify the appointment of ed's ?

Andy, agree, however as this share isn't trading I don't think the timing of any announcement isn't overly important. In any case we have no idea when the next announcement will be so little point debating the timing

RNS issued at such times, or after market hours, are rarely if ever good!

It's to do with getting them out when people'e attention is elsewhere.

It's the same with AGM dates and times.

FDI have their AGM on 30th December at 09.00 am, take a look at the one year chart and you might start to become as cynical as me!


Or the BMV AGM in Jersey! at 9 am, on the same day!

As it will show the Chairman has got things under control and the company has left behind the mis use of funds in a PLC .

To close down a material issue specifically mentioned in the RNS of the 24th October 2017, could we expect to be told that Mercer has paid off the outstanding loan in existence between him and the Company (by 31 December 2017) as expected (presumably due on last working day of 2017) on or before the 29th December 2017?

Nothing now until 2018, CFO arrival is catalyst and next RNS IMHO, then things get going so expect BNN to kick back into life in January. See you in the new year!

I am presuming that they are going to have to communicate something soon! But if they communicate CFO in position, then they would have to also communicate at the same time the trading recommence date, as there would be an executive able to run the company...hence no reason not to trade. But really depends whether they want to just get one big RNS with all the information contained. I.e. trading update, new CFO, new CEO, new deals, and trading recommence date. If so, we will probably not hear anything until mid to late January!!??

If so, that may not be good.


The time an RNS is released often indicates good news or bad, one on the last day of trading before Xmas may be negative, IMO.

I hope you're wrong, or if you're right, my theory will be proved wrong.
