03/1/2018 10:11 | Ayesha4 You are deluded. This is over and you have done your dough. | highasakite
03/1/2018 10:10 | "Ayesha4. Can you find out more from your contacts?" and someone asks the serial liar to get more info from their contacts ? you couldn't make this up. Ayesha4 has NO CONTACTS and has been found out to be a proven liar. | highasakite
03/1/2018 10:06 | I think we all have to face it, this is the end. | micktheknife
03/1/2018 10:04 | Everyone around Knutsford knows Mercer is a bandit, why do people invest in businesses with questionable characters at the top, the chairman is a fox hunting fellow from Glos, know nothing about him except he was a society figure involved with Lord Bristol, etc. Probably a good bloke nonetheless, pulled in to add some establishment clout to this! | bookbroker
03/1/2018 10:03 | Contacts say wait for further news on new appointments, trading and New NOMAD. It aint over yet. | ayesha4
03/1/2018 10:01 | Ayesha4. Can you find out more from your contacts? | newmanontheblock
03/1/2018 10:00 | This news has been under wraps for at least 8 weeks and it is clear now why only non- exec were being appointed . Harry has plans still for BNN but it will probably be without us and Mercer’s 39M shares his stake will go up in smoke with ours . With the stock not trading for so long and huge costs still going out the investors of 28M + must be looking very hard at what is going on with Mercer & Co and legal could still be just round the corner for this guy IMO . The Nomad writing was on the wall for Harry a long time back so IF he wants to keep this on AIM he would of had his feelers out long ago to replace nomad . | charlesdarcy
03/1/2018 09:59 | My personal wealth is as on-the-line as anyone elses. We just have to ride it out. It isnt over until it is over. | ayesha4
03/1/2018 09:54 | why are they only reporting this now, the pwc report was several weeks ago surely this should of all been reported at the same time. Just a thought but maybe the Nomad stayed on with the hope that Mercer would repay on time and now he hasn't feel that they can no longer stay on, lets hope the company seen this coming and are already in the process of finding a nomad!! | bergsy
03/1/2018 09:53 | Who were the auditors and why did they not discover this? Surely this is a case for shareholders to sue. Hopefully Sharesoc may take up the crusade for us. | swiss paul
03/1/2018 09:53 | "Additionally, further amounts which were not included in the Loan are also being investigated by the Board, in light of the findings of the PwC Report." Wonder what else is in the Report. | marmar80
03/1/2018 09:47 | I cannot believe we are all about to lose our money over this Mercer personal loan!! Basically, this is most probably why previous CFO resigned...which started all this process!!! Surely the IIs can pull a few strings to get new NOMAD??? Why has current NOMAD resigned? Prob cos they also missed the loan/bonus saga themselves. Whole thing a complete shocker. Hope, no hope, hope, no hope...when are we shareholders going to be shown some respect here? | newmanontheblock
03/1/2018 09:47 | Mercer and those involved in the bonus scam and additional spendings discovered in PwC report should be kicked out and taken to the court by the company. New directors should play hard now to find a new Nomad and new Ceo too. Lots have been done and think there is still a chance to survive. | marmar80
03/1/2018 09:31 | If find new NOMAD BNN has a future still on AIM, but 30 days to resolve or its finished on AIM. But couldn't be much worse right now agree. | perfect choice
03/1/2018 09:27 | Very bad news, agree, but I'm going to give PwC and new directors a chance to find Nomad that within a month from now. | marmar80
03/1/2018 09:20 | Never mind Harry Keiley; they will need Harry Houdini to get them out of this one. Overtaken by events, I'm afraid this is looking like a total write-off now - no reversal, no re-listing and no hope of any money back. A salutary lesson learned ? Commiserations to all. Not a good start to the New Year | forsh
03/1/2018 09:10 | Ayesha4 You should be hung, drawn and quartered over this fiasco. Why have you peddled so many lies trying to tell investors that things were OK at BNN when clearly they weren't ? | highasakite
03/1/2018 08:57 | As I have said previously I have met Mercer numerous times at horse racing meetings in the past and he is a right shady character who is not to be trusted at all. Any news from your contacts Ayesha4 ???? LOL | highasakite
03/1/2018 08:45 | Terrible RNS . This was my fear and my barking on about the loan . It should never of been approved and Mercer is trying too find a way of legitimately repaying it . A shambles again with this no good whatever happens now BNN cannot continue with this character involved in any position . It is a sickening thought but us as shareholders look doomed after this latest RNS . Nomad has resigned because of antics by CEO/ CFO and numbers not even close to what was presented IMO . It will be a huge task to find a new nomad in a month or so and that’s if they really want to find someone and let the thing implode and sell off months later ? Truly disaster day for all invested here and disgusting mis use of a AIM PLC which was well funded for the future . | charlesdarcy
03/1/2018 08:39 | The will delist in 30 days and its game over. Will never come back. You have done your dough in this chinese filth. let this be a lesson to you all never to invest in anything chinese related. | highasakite
03/1/2018 08:39 | Good question vegpatch and no answer to give. I remember the comment below which indicated Strand Hanson were going to resign at the original suspension but agreed to remain for the time being, so have they played a part in this loan/bonus c*ck up and feel they really now have to resign? Pure guess work of course. "At the request of the Independent Committee and in light of the absence of executive Board directors / suitable senior executive management and the suspension of the Company from trading, Strand Hanson Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser, has agreed, after discussions with the Independent Committee, to remain as Nominated Adviser to the Company at this time." jarjarbinks - its a 6 month limit so as suspension commenced on the 4th September that makes it 4th March for the suspension to be removed otherwise BNN will be removed from AIM anyway. So basically 8 weeks to sort out this mess. | perfect choice
03/1/2018 08:37 | ayeshae4 You deserve what you get from peddling your outright lies about BNN and your so called fantasy sources. You are a disgrace. | highasakite
03/1/2018 08:28 | PC - indeed. I am literally gobsmacked about this Mercer thing and why on earth this was not announced previously. There is surely NO WAY the Board of this company could not have known that in the previous RNS when Mercer was "moved"?! This certainly makes one uneasy about the slow leaking of news that any investor would not like. I literally have no clue where we go from here? I thought there was a time limit on this suspension also? Does anyone have a date on that please? To answer "1meg"'s question "What happens if delisted? We lose everything?" - theoretically yes (sadly for all involved!), IF they delist. The other possibilities are they delist from here and re-list elsewhere (e.g. Nasdaq, but THAT is clearly not going to happen!) OR they delist to sell privately, but I understand in the latter instance they make you an offer for your shares and if you do not accept, then your shares become worthless. I would believe the most they would offer would be the current price when it was suspended and therefore many would lose considerable sums, however surely marginally better than losing all of your invested cash...? Bit of a mess so far...! | jarjarbinks |
