Share listing will not happen until decisions taken on both suspensions AND there are further Board appointments AND there is an update on trading.

Newman - sorry I didn't explain what I meant. I am fearing that the margins or scope of the.new contracts may have been exaggerated or invented and/or the telco deal does not exist. That would mean a lot of 'slippage' in Q3 and not a great Outlook. Hope I am wrong of course.

Wla. Has to be more than that!! I think the Q3 forecasts might have just slipped due to all the disruption plus could have just slipped naturally. To be honest don't really care. Share needs to re-list before I start looking at figures again. If true Wei suspension is going to end soon, share listing should follow immediately. Unless there is something else???

Can not achieving forecasts,especially in a young company, lead to suspension. Seems a bit ott to me.

Q3 slipped - I am guessing this is where the issue lies then. Q3 supposed to be increased reveneues leading to second half profitability. Forecasts out of the window by the spuds of it. Let's hope we get there in 2018 then

This is directly from contact. We should see Qi removed from suspension soon. Mercer still helping with enquiries. Board appointments being drafted in including CFO. Q3 slipped. Business otherwise intact. Stay positive.

With you on that CD & in addition was the big reduction in cash burn down to 800k spend in the last 3 months...cost reduction or good increase in revenues. Be interesting to see when they release Q3 numbers...

It's purely from RNS for me , 27m in the Bank means company can have funds & time to re- align position and get over heads in proportion to company running costs .

No more crazy salaries until profits arrive etc .

Just pleased to see cash at Bank 😊

Charlesdarcy. Have you had renewed contact with anybody post this RNS to get a bit of an inside story? I am obviously pleased about today's RNS, but there are still many crimes DM could have been up to...lies about contracts, lies about revenues etc. So what makes you and Ayesha so positive? Is it just the RNS or other information too? Just a honest question from me?

It is a massive positive. Q3 has slipped but will be addressed. Mirabauds for 17 will not met but every chance for 18. In the long run, will hopefully emerge stronger.

Last night I asked the thread-owner someuwin (who as a premium user has that ability) to consider blocking 'it' from this thread as it's continual dialogue had become tortuous; so perhaps that has happened. It doesn't prevent a reappearance under another avatar, but at least its a respite for now!
