04/7/2017 17:54 | Same thoughts WLA. But I cannot see how they cannot hit H2 figures, as new telco deal was not in the H2 forecast. So it's going to be a long few months as we nudge back up to previous levels. Hope new PR starts soon!!! | newmanontheblock
04/7/2017 17:49 | Topaz, there have been so many times when I've thought the share price was going to start to return to a sensible level which reflects the true potential here that I've lost count. Maybe just maybe this is the turning point. A steady climb to 80p to £1 between now and the Autumn seems a reasonable expectation and then Q1 2018 will depend on whether the market thinks they will hit full year forecast. | wla2510
04/7/2017 17:27 | Could Hadron have been shorting and increasing their holding on the cheap at the same time? Time to load up here ... | topazfrenzy
04/7/2017 16:05 | newman, if there was a large short CFD, as you and Charles seem to think, and now we have a large LONG CFD, the only question is why is the price so low given the volume of buying that would have had to occur to reverse the CFD situation from short to long? The "short CFD theory" may well have been dreamt up to try and justify the low share price at the time, yet we are now lower, so sort of confirms it was not correct, IMO. And someone was suggesting it was a "blocking transaction", don;t for get that one! | andy
04/7/2017 15:17 | i'm with you on this Charlesd. As soon as there is half decent actual revenue report from BNN the share price will be north of £1 IMHO. | wla2510
04/7/2017 15:15 | Bergsy ; Yes it was matched was what I was told by another ? Anyway I agree that 55p is not where we want to be . It looks like a slow but steady move forward month by month | charlesdarcy
04/7/2017 15:12 | Bergys. I believe Charles Darcy was correct and there was a short CFD, but they closed that out before the AGM. This is a new CFD, most likely taken out yesterday...although we don't know whether it was the purchase of additional shares or the long CFD that took Hadron past the point where they had to declare to BNN. | newmanontheblock
04/7/2017 15:07 | Charles you said it was a large cfd short. As mentioned this is a long, total opposite from what you said | bergsy
04/7/2017 15:07 | Sorry, would NOT be surprised... | newmanontheblock
04/7/2017 15:06 | Having seen that move from Hadron, would be surprised to see other institutions to follow suit. Extremely positive for us small share holders- hopefully!!! | newmanontheblock
04/7/2017 14:51 | Wia ; Yes it was the same report I put out and was quickly shot down by the paid doom mungers . This needs time to recover and months rather than weeks . | charlesdarcy
04/7/2017 14:50 | Agree PC. wla2510. The rumour some weeks ago suggested a CFD but a SHORT one. The latest RNS suggest hadron have increased their nominal share holding plus taken out 3.5 million share CFD- a LONG one. This only indicates this institutional investor believe this share price is going a lot higher. | newmanontheblock
04/7/2017 14:47 | I also notice for core shareholding of 11,547,860 held by Hadron is an increase from the 9,458,930 reported on the BNN web site when they updated the major shareholders as of 28th June. They are buying unless I've missed something somewhere. Hadron's last holding RNS was on the 12th August 2016 with 8,420,000 (4.07% at the time), so assume they took shares on the last placing to increase to 9,458,930 and have bought since to 11,547,860. Usual issue of how an II can buy 2M shares and not have an impact on the share price! While the core holding increased hasn't resulted in a 1% increase requiring an RNS, with the CFD taken out as well its kicked them to above 6% now, so todays RNS. | perfect choice
04/7/2017 14:44 | thanks Newman. a few weeks back there was a big discussion on this board about whether or not there was a CFD in play here after i posted that i understood there was a very large CFVD distorting value. Looks like the was truth in it then after all. | wla2510
04/7/2017 14:41 | To be a little official here, the £2 target is not from BNN but from the house broker Mirabaud in their April 2017 updated analysis and report. It is a 12 month forecast so price expected next April 2018. I think that date is significant as will be when the full year results are due next April. Hopefully plenty of trading updates before then! Yes it is a big uplift from now but nothing unusual when companies do actually deliver. It also shows how far BNN has dropped compared to hopes at the start of this year. At the AGM, the Board was asked about there views of forecasts and were asked to confirm the Mirabaud figures. Their official response to the question was "the Mirabaud forecast is in line with expectations" for "revenues and earnings". I also asked myself whether the 2016 AR statement of achieving an operating profit in H2 2017 was still valid and received a very clear yes to that question. | perfect choice
04/7/2017 14:38 | Looks like Hadron Capital, an already existing institutional shareholder, has taken out a LONG CFD bet!! Which means good news for the longs!!!! | newmanontheblock
04/7/2017 14:31 | can someone explain the RNS to me please? I see that a CFD is referred to. I was told a while ago that there was a CFD involved here. | wla2510
04/7/2017 14:28 | customise-so far this year they have issued x6 contract RNS X1 Trading RNS X1 Board RNS X1 PLACING rns x1 AGM statement (trading) x1 cash position RNS that's X11 RNS that could have affected the share price. It is far more then the 'average ' Company has issued. How many RNS's would you like? | pj 1
04/7/2017 14:13 | All that is being said on here is £2 year end If that is going to be the case 55p is the bargain of a lifetime yet the share price doesn't recover but still falls There is without doubt this will happen or the volume of shares would top 1 million every day There needs to be a lot more updates I hope board members read this board and act | customise
04/7/2017 11:35 | Yep, anything £30M or above for 2017 full year revenues will be an excellent result. Everything seems to be in place and on time to hit that target now but still has to happen. Officially we will not know until March next year so agree trading updates and regular communication is required to indicate they are "on track". The appointment of a new PR firm will also help on this and overdue. Interims will not really indicate anything about H2 in terms of figures as clearly cannot, so hoping for forward looking statements for H2 and from the AGM, they did seem to indicate that was their intention. | perfect choice
04/7/2017 11:21 | If they hit revenue forecasts for this year then I think the shares will be more like £2+ by year end, but the market will want to see clear evidence of this before the shares advance to those sort of levels. I would guess the interim results will not be up to much, although everything on track regarding launches etc would be helpful. It may need a trading update statement in Q4 to confirm revenues on track and ignite the shares. Should be an interesting and rewarding H2 | astralvision
04/7/2017 11:10 | The board stated they were very confident of hitting revenue forecasts this year at the AGM, it was mentioned several times in the Q%A session. So its all down to execution now as they state. | perfect choice |
