Plenty of time left yet QS, nobody would be able to buy up the equivalent if 50million warrants on the open market anyway without pushing the share price well beyond 7p because there are just not that many shares available lol

...what utter tosh ! 😡... from this time last year, THIS STOCK HAS INCREASED 125% ! (...with many more 'higher highs' to come this year, in 2017 hopefully)

BTW fella...it's nice to know...'someone' has recognised, this INCREASE in value *__^ LOL

[Quote 4/1/17 Starvest RNS] "All valuations are BASED on the closing market bid prices or lower directors' valuation as described in the 2015 annual report....

...Reflecting over the past year to 31 December, it should be recognised there has been a significant increase in valuations of a number of stocks, for example Alba Minerals +40%, Ariana +100%, BMR +125%, Greatland Gold +75% and Salt Lake Potash +50%" 👍👍👍

Interesting post on LSE

But you know we have at least $2 billion gross value in 6 million tons of tailings not $3 billion in 70 million tons. The recoverable metals are many times more lucrative at Kabwe.

The day of reckoning is coming, but when?

QS
Warrants. As a LTS I would rather they lapse, as We LTS are being diluted with every fundraising event. If the company needs cash let it borrow, I like the interest rates!

Another sofa M&A Asset stripper spirt LOLsss

Yes right now .. the sale of the parts would have released way way more than the value.

That opportunity is past...presently LOLsss

Let's see how many actually front out the AGM rather than from the comfort of the sofa and the sheltering of the keyboard LOLsss

As for 7p paper .......not an attractive proposition that it could have so been. HAPPY healthy and possibly prosperous 2017 LOLsss

On form there Stav. It's been our Iliad, a 10 year siege with all the villainous trimmings. The Quest is now close, the combination of the players may yet see our expectations met. Looking forward to the 24th day of tomorrow's month. HNY to one and all.

It's MA that placed the first Diliveroo order some 10 years ago, the tracking device now says 2017.

You are not wrong about the World Bank!

AGM: The 24th it is then gentlemen. I am looking forward to finally meeting FB after all these years, as well as a reunion with some of the other stalwarts here, including my much maligned and mischievous sidekick, the infamous ...........QS.

Ever have I believed in the strength of BMR's core multi metallic assets, (still underestimated). Even amongst the Vangaurd, the toll has been too high, many have fallen on the way. This has truly been a journey of epic proportions, naivety, idealistic dreams, heroic stands, treachery, foolhardy losses, and yet always in the distance, there remained the glimmer of fulfilling an additional higher purpose and hope!

I'm sure they were worth more than the bid, but certainly not at present. You clearly missed my point, they won't be earning any money for years to come. How much more dilution will MTR suffer just to get to the revenue earning stage? We don't need to aquire something that needs lots of money throwing at it. If they have something worth buying E.G. Botswana, then we can just buy MOD's 70% stake and take MTR's 30% for a song lol

The sum of MTR parts are worth way way more than the bid and that was a belting attempt by Alex LOLsss

Have a little faith Qsmelly, you never know...

As long as he buys something better than his latest attempt (MTR) that company is years off making any revenue, and it'll probably run out of money before it does!

AB, please buy something that will transform our company near term, thankyou.
Oh, and a happy new year to ya!

You and Atino are already doing a merry dance together LOLsss

Less Rose tints and more reality.

V circuit will push out to Q4

HMRC will have to be paid

ZEMA will require full submission.

But before all that Alex will buy something LOLsss

QS - last RNS was mid 2017. This is Quarter 2 end of or Quarter 3 beginning of. The V will be incorporated in the Pilot Plant Circuit. HMRC, how long is a piece of string, ZEMA are more in tune with time lines. ZEMA, like selling coal to Newcastle or sand in the Sahara, lead in bricks lol's QS a hard sell for any mortal. We had problems feeding chicken on chicken feathers lol's. JORC at quotation stage.

QS, save your quirky, often unsupported diatribe, for the 24th, I want to see that disco dancer with wit rip. On the other hand, a sequinned American Waltz may fashion a few raised eyebrows and pouted lips, oh the expectation.

Not to worry & don't forget your tool box ^__^

(✌゚W04;゚)☞...there are certain topics that are hard for people to assimilate in a day like this with many financials about...(despite it being interpreted into a 'common' language in the 'notes to accounts' section).

[I mean..] For example, it maybe difficult for certain 'village idiots' that tout ADVFN...to fully understand the complexity of the five possible leaching processes that the mining firms intend to apply which include Acid Brine Leach with Sulphide/Carbonate Precipitation, Acid Brine Leach - Pb by Cementation + Zn as Sulphide and Acid Brine Leach - Pb by Cementation + Zn by SX-EW (⌐■_`32;)

...I do not know how this can be translated into any of the 'local language' that you 'YOURSELF' may understand, or even grasp, my friend:-) LOL (•‿̶6;)

...these are just some of the terminologies used...which I believe could be difficult for some people to understand, even if you engage a PhD interpreter at a hearing ! 웃❤2976; PMSL 😅

Alex...needs to keep a lid on the £120 per tonne cost (of which roughly $60 is the cost attributed to the usage of sulphuric acid).

More importantly, I'm overly concerned about the costs associated with the potential 'SPECIALIST REAGENTS' that may be needed, in our brine/acid leaching process !! There is no indication of associated costs involved, in the RNS for this !

Now whether these 'SPECIALIST REAGENTS' have a high RECYCLE RATE or not (...for re-usage!)...remains to be seen !

[For illustration purposes] In the case of RGM/DNI...and in its usage of a 'special reagent' (...Nitric Acid was used to extract Nickel & Colbalt)...and they managed to achieve a recycle rate of +95% at the Pliot Plant testing phases located in Perth Australia ^__^

...something LIKE THAT, would be GREAT here, to drive costs down:-))))

Q2 to Q3 (a 3 months extension - not a big deal TBH). This time...by next year Xmas...we will be up & running IMO 🤑

...have u ever done any building works urself 'PERSONALLY' around ur home ??? Like a kitchen extension or something ?? Then u would appreciate the length & effort it takes 😉...and more times than not, the projection completion date always over runs (...once u get ur fixtures & fittings in!)

More importantly fella, do you know what a pilot plant consists of...and the likely 'teething' problems that may occur upon 'set up'?...until they are fully iron out ??

Only THEN (...once with the 'flow process' technically confirmed WITHOUT any technical glitches, on a smaller scale) will the 'commercial scale up' commence...

Remember, a pilot plant is only a semi-production unit, to simulate actual operating conditions !

The important thing is, BMR has the 'green light for the approvals & the necessary fundings are in place 👍...and I wouldn't mind a further 3 months TBH as long as we get it right the first time round 🙇😊

[Quote 29 Dec 2016 09:20] BMR Group Eyes Expansion Opportunities As Loss Narrows In Year

LONDON (Alliance News) - BMR Group PLC on Thursday said its pretax loss narrowed in its most recent financial year, as administrative expenses more than halved, and it said it continues to consider opportunities to expand the business.

The company, formerly known as BMR Mining, said it generated no revenue in the year ended June 30, in line with the prior year. However, the group's pretax loss narrowed to GBP1.1 million from GBP1.6 million a year earlier thanks to administrative expenses declining to GBP1.1 million from GBP2.6 million.

No reason was given for the change in administrative expenses.

During the year, BMR said it undertook a series of fundraising activities, with GBP750,000 raised in October 2015, a further GBP414,524 in January 2016, GBP395,200 in April 2016 and, subsequent to the year-end, GBP620,000 in October 2016.

The net proceeds of the raises have been applied principally in the construction of BMR's lead and zinc plant in Kabwe, Zambia, after its decision last year to build its own plant rather than follow its original plan to lease land and equipment from a subsidiary of Glencore PLC.

BMR said its principal focus continues to be on the Kabwe plant, though it said it also is addressing legacy issues, which previously resulted in write-downs and provisions, and also noted the indicative offer it made for Metal Tiger PLC in November. The terms of the offer were rejected by the independent directors of Metal Tiger as "fundamentally undervaluing that company", and BMR withdrew the offer in November.

BMR said it currently is considering opportunities to expand the business for increasing shareholder value, pointing to its recent decision to pay USD1.0 million to exercise its option agreement with Bushbuck Resources Ltd to buy the Star Zinc licence, also located in Zambia.

Shares in BMR were up 0.7% at 6.80 pence on Thursday.
