They are definitely on the up. Its a consolidation at around 7p and that is healthy as traction will gain as we head towards production.

He is always acting 'in the interest of shareholders' bwahahahaha

Corporate governance is basically whatever AB says goes - i'm sure this Lewis Bagga investor now thinks he has a seat at the table.

Some of the crazy SPs people talk about will never be achieved with this continued strategy of selling discounted shares at every opportunity. Could BMR not of waited a few months until warrants exercise is complete to get the cash?

Couldn't agree more QS. I can only put it down to being a specific business requirement but no mention in the RNS so AB gets 1 of his 50 shades of MA.

Pulled a blinder. But I will have AB on the ropes at his next shareholder presentation about corporate governance the process parity and opportunity re doing a deal with a PI shareholder albeit a large holder. What's to stop that happening again? What damage did that action do to wider trust? What pressure did Lewis place what if any leverage did he have? All questions that need clarity to ensure the board operate transparently with parity and not like some small 2 bit aim company LOLsss

It was all looking so good and professional and then no doubt with good intention for both parties AB does this which was a little silly and naive damaging his own and the companies professionalism
