Interesting Richie, you say the Co. had £11 in the Bank in Sep with a cash burn 0f £770k-£1 mill p.m.
Their presentation of last week states £11 mill as of now. You need a new calculator.
As for the rest of your ramblings, not one concrete fact, pure speculation on your part.

Bluejay released a presentation in the week clearly marking the £11m cash position plenty of working capital.

We then move on a few days and a large holding - far beyond Private investors, so, you look at who that would be. I’m not going through a speculative list, however clearly the sale was successfully managed. The Demand is There. I would suggest that the existing holders simply added those shares to their holdings - knowing that building a business will take time but that it will be very profitable once running.

So, having seen millions of pounds of shares mopped up in a day, - that’s a company with backing, not a company with shareholder problems - we have to realize that sometimes holders have their own life issues. Let’s see what the Holdings notices tell us, not writers with their paid subscribers or shares.

Good weekend all, - it’s great to be wanted by buyers!

I'm reminded of the last time a large sale of JAY shares was portrayed by Jennings as a sign of impending doom. That was June 2017 when Western Areas mining sold 138m, which were snapped up by Prudential and other quality holders. As I recall the share price doubled within a few months. I'd be concerned if a large holder was dumping shares that nobody wanted, but clearly that's not the case here.

Just the usual fake news, devoid of fact, pure speculation, implying that the seller has sold due to no offtake agreement and the suspicion of a future large capital raise if Dundas is to proceed. How these tin pot operations get away with it is beyond me.

I think those two turkeys will be made to look like the fools they are very soon. No one buys £10m worth of stock for no reason!

Indeed summerfield. If we're right about UInsti's taking the overhang up then we should assume they will be holding these for the long game, taking liquidity on the sell side out of the market. Must be good for us.

The Company can seek to identify the beneficial owner via s793 Companies Act.
My sources tell me the large trades are helpful.

And another thing. Does anyone know, is there a point at which HSBC or their client has to reveal their identity?

Seejayem - I very much doubt it (post 5224). If anything, Sandgrove could have been a buyer of the stock on offer and as far as Prudential are concerned M & G (now Prudential) were holders in Sierra Rutile which was sold to Iluka (end 2016) for £250 million including the debt for Gangama despite the problems that Sierra Rutile has gone through e,g, civil unrest, Ebola etc.

My understanding is that M & G were far from impressed with the price which was negotiated for the sale which had the blessing of Pala, the major shareholder in Sierra Rutile. A number of investors in that company, including myself, were not happy with the price obtained although I cannot complain that I did badly. You can therefore deduce from my comments that I believe that Sierra Rutile was worth more than the £250 million.

M & G see value in Bluejay. Thus they are unlikely to have been a seller.

I consider that we will see a TR1 or more than one TR1 in the next week.

The big 36m sale almost exactly matches Greg's last disclosed holding. When he stepped down in June the rns said 'Mr Kuenzel has entered into an orderly market and escrow agreement in relation to his shareholding in the Company.' Maybe this is it. The other very large trades come to a pretty similar total.

Increasing short position, lol.
11p opening on Monday then!
Still, who would want to spend so much money on such an awful company.

I’m very pleased that the interest in the company was so strong that this amount was able to be placed with one or more entities without any bother, the share price was incredibly stable.
Quite a day for brokers and Market Makers i should think!

It also shows the interest that is there for our projects in Greenland, certainly quite some commitment.

Given that the stock has been gobbled up by a buyer or two or three, it seems to me that the price should now move forward.

Well lets see what is announced as that volume certainly dictates an announcement. Looking at the consistent price large trades, I make it a single seller of 63M unless we're seeing the seller and buyer trades i.e. 36M is the sell, rest are buys from multiple IIs taking that stock? Guess work until details are announced or enquiries find out what the large share volume is about.
