Yes should be an interesting 4 months xclusive2 and in my view all down to timing of off-take agreements being announced and issue of Final Feasibility Study(with associated documents for the EIA (Environmental Impact Study) & SIA (Social Impact Study) allowing application for exploitation licence to be made before the end of this year.

The longer they take, the more opportunity to question and ammunition for shorters. But what I see now is the relative certainty of these applications being made and off-take agreements being announced.

The Greenland Government's own economic report for 2018 is forecasting JAY's application being made this year, JAY also won the Prospector and Developer of the Year 2017 award given by the Government of Greenland. So basically it would be a case of a major "egg on face" situation if JAY didn't progress.

My latest understanding is that major hurdles are behind us now and it is a case of completing the work this year. Discussions are underway on off-take agreements right now and the nature of the resource (highest grades + consistency/purity) and issues with world demand (e.g. India as reported this week), indicates such agreements will be secured and sooner rather than later for the first.

I'd give it to October before the key news appears IMHO maybe earlier.

Next 4 months will be interesting here. This stock got ahead of itself with regards to m/cap, currently £120m and £231m @ recent high. A lot of 'fresh air' in current market valuation and fundamentals not supported until offtake agreements etc are granted. Bears still believe JAY is overvalued and it's currently all about timing. How long will the news void continue for ? that is the key to the short term share price trend and the Bears will hang in or may push agin to try and shake a few more out. All about positive news at this juncture and if it is the right flavour, the longs will see some serious price action as it moves north rapidly.

Money to be made.

I don't know re current value. I guess it depends how much risk you build in for not getting a decent offtake deal, not getting a licence, anything else unforeseen etc. However, assuming PC is right or thereabouts, it seems the company and their brokers played a blinder in raising £17m at 22p. That has stood us in very good stead and continues to do so.

PC - I agree with both you and Control. I am continuing to hold and will add as and when I can. The sands are still there, we are in the course of further exploration (I have in mind Iterlak) and we are getting closer to the application for the exploitation permit which I have no doubt will be granted.

Market cap reflects value and potential of assets and have no issue with current valuation I regard as very cheap "ultimately". Only question is the current valuation the right value now? Taking size of asset, its world beating purity, SRK output earlier this year to validate, high probability of license being granted and near term as well, expectation of multiple off-takes on the way, etc, then I have no problem with the valuation today and a much higher valuation in due course.

Monet,

Thanks for that. That was an awful interview and Justin Waite was awful ! Obviously JAY not paying enough for quality airtime !

Summary
- Bear squeeze but share price recovering and great buy opp
- Offtake news at anytime
- Kerala floods affecting Ilmenite supply chain

Nothing new there and Justin didn't like the 120m m/cap, allegedly likes a tiddler, oooh err missus.

PC,

Yep, that about sums it up. This isn't a game for the faint hearted and the losers here are those longs who entered the game in the 20's and unfortunately the biggest with leveraged positions and no firepower to reload. You're not a loser until you've sold but if you're a forced seller then that's called risk.

Nothing has changed re the story here (as far as we're aware) and a great opportunity if you're a believer. TW and pals will spout the 'fundamental not supporting' case, licenses and offtakes not awarded, the weather, high pollen count, mad cow's disease, yada, yada. The fact is, nowt has changed and on paper, only the sp, the rest is white noise until proven otherwise.

Presto - you said if they go up I’d have to sell. Now you’re saying if they go up I’d be stopped. So you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about- you’re contradicting yourself lol.

And who says I’ll be stopped. Maybe I don’t have a stop loss, maybe I’ll sel more. Either way I suggest you learn the difference between buy and sell.

Agree xclusive2, not commented much on recent events as have been on holiday (so only a few iPhone sourced posts) but now back. IMHO JAY price got a little too close to leveraged take-out prices and the news gap created an opportunity for sorters to push through new positions as has been done. They are still trying I can see but starting to see impact of bargain buys now to counteract.

From what I know and have established, I really would not want to be open with a short when the off-take agreements appear. I'm pretty certain on one off-take partner based on combination of snippets from multiple sources and the market will react when that is announced. Just like longs, shorters need have a stop loss price fixed in their minds.

The approvals process is actually looking fine and we'll underway as per posts earlier today with links. The government is supportive of JAYs prospect and both the company and government are working well together.

This is a news gap but come October onwards there will be some major announcements to come on the approvals and certainly off-takes, which may well come before and at anytime.

I'l still accumulating myself as this has been an unexpected opportunity as far as I am concerned.

One last thing, somebody here needs to learn how to understand trades as posted by ADVFN. Trades are allocated in an automated manner based on bid/offer price at time. based on that spread, it can mean buys are shown as sells as has happened twice for me recently. So quoting the full volume shown as sells in ADVFN is incorrect, you have to look at the actual trade price and spot the real MMs offer/buy price given. That is clearly a little too hard for "certain" individuals on here!

6 month high - 27.5p
3 month - 24.9p
1 month - 22.5p
Recent low - 12.6p
54% decline in 6 months

There's no getting away from the facts and the short community have identified a news void and in their view, an inflated m/cap position, over leveraged PI community and have taken advantage. With the large institutional interest here, i'm puzzled as to why the share price has crashed unless one or more have lightened the load ? Surely the stats above would make this a no brainer investment at this level ? Something to be disclosed ?

I have added to my 'long' position here.
