18/8/2018 10:44 | The attached is the Greenland Government economic report for 2018, published this month. Pages 11 and 12 are of particular interest, listing " the most well-advanced mineral projects, which have either secured or expect soon to be granted an exploitation permit. " ...Guess who's included in the list, with application for exploitation permit expected in 2018? Contrary to the anonymous "expert" quoted in TW's drivel, it sounds to me as if the Greenland Government is pretty positive about development of mineral resources. They say "An increase in exploration activities - and more importantly - exploitation activities is imperative for achieving economic independence." | bigboyblue
18/8/2018 09:31 | I'll make the point again. I cannot see any off take agreements being finalised until this years field season bulk sampling has been received by the off take partners and processed and assessed. Last years bulk sample was 50 tonnes in dumpy bags. That was sent to a number of potential partners. I doubt that any off take partner would be prepared to sign up on the basis of a dozen dumpy bags. This years target is 5000 tonnes. Second thing to remember is that the EIA application has always required that the cetacean survey be carried out over two years. The survey of marine mammals requires two rounds of data collection per season at either end of the ice free period when the whales and narwhals migrate to the bay. This completes later this year. This vital piece of data is neither late nor new. It has been a requirement of the Terms of Reference for the EIA since the first round of public enquiry was conducted. Bluejay will get their exploitation licence and off take agreements as sure as day follows night. But it will take time to complete the due process. | minder5

17/8/2018 22:38 | Monts - unfortunately it doesn’t seem possible to post pics on this thread, however I did anticipate a difference of opinion so have messaged you directly with a screen shot of my order confirmation from 8.20pm, selling 1k a point. It’s not in my nature to accuse people of lying and would appreciate an acknowledgment that I clearly am not. It would be a ridiculous thing to state if untrue given how instantly testable it is to those in this room. The big chap - happy to send to you too if necessary, though hopefully Monts can attest. | statto1
17/8/2018 21:25 | you see thats the thing about getting caught lying....you loose all credibility | thebigchap
17/8/2018 21:16 | statto1 17 Aug '18 - 20:24 - 3960 of 3961 Monts - just opened up IG app and placed a naked short order for Monday in 100k shares, order confirmed. Fact. (Order since cancelled). Statto I just attempted the same thing and this message popped up on the IG app : “This market may not be sold to open due to stock borrowing restrictions in the underlying market, Please call in if you require an explanation.” I guess one of us is lying and I know it’s not me. Have a good weekend. | monts12

17/8/2018 19:38 | Snowflake, let’s move on from the Greece statement you made as you obviously want to gloss over that one. What has having someone on the board got to do with anything. Listen to Bearcast or don’t. Enjoy | toyin
17/8/2018 19:23 | Statto IG do not offer the ability to short this stock, fact. | monts12
17/8/2018 19:21 | Snowflake, from listening to Bearcast and reading the blog I would guess he has been in Greece for four weeks this year, but whatever, you carry on as you are. | toyin
17/8/2018 19:12 | thebigchap I owned shares in JAY but sold out. I had some good discussions on this board, just came back to give some information, to give people a different view. If you listen to it fine if not that’s your choice. If you think TW is a buffoon so be it crack on as you are, all I can say is his research has saved me money. | toyin
17/8/2018 19:05 | exactly bd whats your actual motives toyin? something tells me they are not selfless... | thebigchap
17/8/2018 18:56 | Since when has TW been worth listening to? The man is a buffoon and is clueless. | bdog51
17/8/2018 18:53 | thebigchap It’s all about jay and share price angel. Can’t say too much as it’s paid subscription but if your a holder it’s definitely a must listen. | toyin
17/8/2018 18:32 | Monts - given that until last Tuesday both IG and Spreadex were limit up as their clients were so long they would have given their left nut to any interested shorts and in size. IG ended that day allowing new opening buys for the first time in months, so they must’ve have massively reduced their overall exposure - ie margin sales and/or shorts (margin sales were a large part as I am only too personally aware). Spreadex was still closing only until at least yesterday (I haven’t checked today) so I’d imagine shorting with them is easy enough. | statto1 |
