18/8/2018 18:44 | Yes Shutittrev, but I forgot to add for the benefit of any new JAY holders, and as a reminder for others, that we are after all Prospector and Developer of the year, an award from the Greenland Government. So not only are they open for business to miners generally, but we appear to be a particular favourite. Indeed, if I may be permitted to borrow a term from another website, you could say that Bluejay's interests and those of the Greenland Government are perfectly ALIGNed! | bigboyblue
18/8/2018 18:25 | BBB's document find is pure gold. It's there in black and white from the Greenland Government. They definitely want business and are definitely open for business. | shutittrev
18/8/2018 18:00 | In BigboyBlue we believe and in Rod we trust. I wonder if the Muppet's are planning to regurgitate the same drivel via a a third short attack? Bring it on I am ready to add. | adamstip
18/8/2018 12:52 | shutittrev good thing you didn’t lower the tone! Statto...let’s not clutter the board any more with this argument, anyone who wants to confirm whether or not IG allow shorting of this stock can simply ring IG on Monday on 0800 409 6789....my account guy told me they don’t and my app gives the aforementioned refusal. | monts12
18/8/2018 11:59 | tbc, you're too kind! I'm afraid I'm a simple soul who knows little of the world of longs, shorts, naked shorts and leverage so can't really comment on the views offered on this during the week. However I am able to recognise the most obviously implausible rubbish when I see it and it is disappointing to realise that some people, apparently, fell for it. | bigboyblue
18/8/2018 11:48 | Vauch - I was just proving it can be shorted on IG to Monts - I’ve been long a cartload since 3.8p! | statto1
18/8/2018 11:41 | bbb...best post this week to date!very well done great research.cheers | thebigchap
18/8/2018 10:44 | The attached is the Greenland Government economic report for 2018, published this month. Pages 11 and 12 are of particular interest, listing " the most well-advanced mineral projects, which have either secured or expect soon to be granted an exploitation permit. " ...Guess who's included in the list, with application for exploitation permit expected in 2018? Contrary to the anonymous "expert" quoted in TW's drivel, it sounds to me as if the Greenland Government is pretty positive about development of mineral resources. They say "An increase in exploration activities - and more importantly - exploitation activities is imperative for achieving economic independence." | bigboyblue
18/8/2018 09:31 | I'll make the point again. I cannot see any off take agreements being finalised until this years field season bulk sampling has been received by the off take partners and processed and assessed. Last years bulk sample was 50 tonnes in dumpy bags. That was sent to a number of potential partners. I doubt that any off take partner would be prepared to sign up on the basis of a dozen dumpy bags. This years target is 5000 tonnes. Second thing to remember is that the EIA application has always required that the cetacean survey be carried out over two years. The survey of marine mammals requires two rounds of data collection per season at either end of the ice free period when the whales and narwhals migrate to the bay. This completes later this year. This vital piece of data is neither late nor new. It has been a requirement of the Terms of Reference for the EIA since the first round of public enquiry was conducted. Bluejay will get their exploitation licence and off take agreements as sure as day follows night. But it will take time to complete the due process. | minder5
18/8/2018 08:06 | What was the point in posting ya short if you never bothered to see it through. Haven't yeh go da Cahoon's | vauch
17/8/2018 22:38 | Monts - unfortunately it doesn’t seem possible to post pics on this thread, however I did anticipate a difference of opinion so have messaged you directly with a screen shot of my order confirmation from 8.20pm, selling 1k a point. It’s not in my nature to accuse people of lying and would appreciate an acknowledgment that I clearly am not. It would be a ridiculous thing to state if untrue given how instantly testable it is to those in this room. The big chap - happy to send to you too if necessary, though hopefully Monts can attest. | statto1
17/8/2018 21:25 | you see thats the thing about getting caught lying....you loose all credibility | thebigchap
17/8/2018 21:16 | statto1 17 Aug '18 - 20:24 - 3960 of 3961 Monts - just opened up IG app and placed a naked short order for Monday in 100k shares, order confirmed. Fact. (Order since cancelled). Statto I just attempted the same thing and this message popped up on the IG app : “This market may not be sold to open due to stock borrowing restrictions in the underlying market, Please call in if you require an explanation.” I guess one of us is lying and I know it’s not me. Have a good weekend. | monts12 |
