Good to have resolution on this, we have been held back for a while. Fair enough to issue 200m shares, and hopefully now it’s finally resolved BMV can really focus on production. There could be great synergy with SAU

cbeadle, I think the volume will increase today!

SAU released last night that the sale agreement is complete. Total consideration on 200m BMV shares.

Soon as production commences, we’re on route to that 100k oz Au/annum target. Exciting times ahead.

I've got some Kefi. Been holding them for years while our fat CEO blusters his way through dilution and failure to find funding. Any money I make here will probably offset the losses there ( if it happens) such is life.

Both Southern Gold and Bluebird have confirmed that they are both working towards a mutually beneficial agreement, and that the market will be informed within weeks. It appears that terms have been agreed and that formal contracts for both sale and purchase are in the process of being completed.
A good time to buy/top up methinks.........

The issue was always going to be BMV convincing SAU that they have access to enough cash to develop the projects. If they can then SAU shouldn't have too many problems doing a deal where they get a slug of BMV shares. However if they can't then the shares BMV are offering by way of consideration are largely worthless

Of course BMV have a commitment for minimum 5m but the questions will be (a) Is that enough to reach cashflow neutrality in developing the mines (b) Can SAU rely on this commitment

Agreement between both parties is obviously substantially delayed. So you can draw whatever conclusions you like on the cause for the delay bearing in mind the above
