Either way, BMV need to tell us what they’re doing as the share price will languish until they do. Meanwhile most other goodies are on the rise......especially those that are articulating their development plans ....

Would be great to see BMV tidy up the SK assets and take full control. The optimist in me wonders whether they're getting good signals regarding taking full control and debt funding the projects. The more experienced side of me tells the optimist to calm down and don't get your hopes up however..!

Thank you, However not sure I can interpret any clear relevance to BMV.The word "Review" almost always signals a change. Will it affect our JV?They expect 70% to be used for exploration and drilling but I read it as activities not relevant to the JV - is it correct?Maybe/probably the remaining 30% is assumed to be used to finance building a mine - being our 50% JV partner....I would be interested to know your view. Please feel free to comment.

From MTR RNS:Highlights of Southern Gold investment:-- Cornerstone investment by Metal Tiger for approximately 33% of the institutional fundraise to support a lift in Southern Gold's goldexploration efforts in South Korea to a more significant level, including a doubling of field teams and diamond drilling rate.-- Metal Tiger has obtained the right to nominate one director to the Board of Southern Gold for so long as it holds an interest in the SAUof at least 10%. Terry Grammer is expected to join as Metal Tiger'snominee following SAU shareholder approval of the Placement.-- Metal Tiger has negotiated as a condition precedent of its investment the appointment of prominent geologist Douglas Kirwin to the Board.Doug is expected to join upon announcement of the Placement bySouthern Gold.-- The Board of SAU has committed to hold within 3 months of completion of the Placement a strategic review session (the "SAU Review") whichwill be attended by members of the Board (including Terry Grammer andDouglas Kirwin) as well as senior management.SAU Review:The key goals of the SAU Review include, but are not limited to, SAU using reasonable endeavours to:a) establish a detailed and optimised strategy to ensure the Company has 70% of its annual expenditure on exploration in the 2020/2021 financial year, of which 40% of total annual expenditure is to be expended on drilling;b) establish 3-4 project generation teams, of which a minimum of 2 project generation teams will undertake the task of generating targets for licence applications for a minimum of six months;c) outline and prepare a revised marketing strategy, which shall include an in-depth analysis of epithermal deposits with the purpose of providing education to the market of the potential value of epithermal deposits; andd) establish three site visits per year with key specific targeted individuals (for example, analysts, news writers, corporate/strategic advisers etc.) invited to attend each of the site visits.

Hi all. As I don't follow our JV partner, is there a possibility that they raised the money for some different project they are involved in?The timing and amount would suggest that it's for our shared project. If so then we should see news from BMV shortly.

On Target,

Or can their holding be squeezed if they cannot raise their share?

This often happens, it depends upon the terms of their deal.

They are, though it appears the exploration projects that SAU have were the attraction for MTR. As far as we know, BMV are looking at non-dilutive finance, so fingers crossed they achieve that

Metal Tiger plc (AIM:MTR), the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in natural resource opportunities, is pleased to announce that, following several months of due diligence and negotiations, it has signed a binding subscription agreement to invest A$3.33 million (c.GBP.1.7 million) into Australian-based and South Korean-focused gold explorer, Southern Gold Limited ("Southern Gold" or "SAU") at A$0.14 per share as part of SAU's A$10 million (c.GBP.5.2 million) fundraise, which is subject to SAU shareholder approval (the "Placement"). Assuming Southern Gold shareholders approve the Placement, Metal Tiger will be interested in circa 14.90% of the company.A good sign..?

OK. No RNS re holding today which is good.I was worried that those 250k trades reported a few days ago was the insider selling again as the size was exactly the same .... It looks it was a one off sale....Now, we are well into Feb so news re the non dilutive financing could land any day.The BoD did not have granting and issuing the permits under their control so the delay is sort of accepted, however now it's time to show their skills they claim they have. The POG is stable and high with a good prospect ... so let's move to another stage.GL

This has been one ever extending interminable wait, but clarity on funding surely can't be far away now one would hope. Always the same with these kind of tiddlers.

There are also issued 2p warrants expiring in Jun (just 65k GBP worth)4p warrants expiring in Jun worth 460k GBPFor the 4p warrants to be executed, we need a rather serious share price action upwards ...With the right news flow the share price still could more than double in 4 months. We were around 3p last year.It would help to finance the project but we will see.GL

I too managed to top up just a few seconds before closing on Friday. However as the insider sold 250k?seeing three 250k trades/sales recently made me think he might have sold again. If so we will see an RNS on Tuesday or Wednesday. If not all good? waiting for an update re financing and further plans. If the story remains the same the share price should finally move up.GL.

Nice chance for me to top up a couple of days ago at 1.85. Clearly the insider, quite embarrassingly, needed some cash for his January tax bill. Presumably he has significantly more shares than 5k worth, so just took out the bare minimum to pay off the tax bill. So I would suggest it’s actually bullish he only took out 5k. If going through the embarrassment of taking some cash out, he might as well have taken a significant amount out!!

Outlaw - BMV is not a scam. It can't be, if it was a scam it would have an impressive and persuasive website.
