If I was being Machiavellian I could suggest that there was a plan behind Mark White selling now. If it is the case that Derek Lew intends to sell or is selling he will only get a low price for his shares as a result of Mark’s sale taking the share price down. Mark White and anyone else who cares to can then buy very cheap shares. Remember Mark White still owns over 8% of BLU.
If you weren’t intending to sell in advance of the next news this makes no difference to you, but you have an opportunity to average down. I am sure this is not lost on the derampers who are happy to make mischief with a view to the share price falling further.

He still has a very sizeable stake in BLU and has bought in at various prices - also, with the help of other large shareholders, voted down the proposed placing a few months ago.

TBF I bet the average price he's paid for these shares has a come at a loss to him.
Remember him taking a lot of the in the high 30s and 40s.
If anyone follows people in to shares because of the reasons stated then they deserve to lose money.
Is interesting to see him sell and our other big shares holder add.
Sure will be an interesting few months ahead.
Don't also forget that Mark still has over 400,000,000 million shares which I bet is much more than anyone here holds.

Serial stock manipulator.Put enough into one company to be classed as a "whale" and people follow, under the assumption you know what you're doing.You exit with profits, and everyone else at a loss, as they chase you into the next pump.

Great news Tony is back.Hope he buys his stake back now DL has gone.I was never happy with DLs conflict of interest in Guild and his possible reluctance to sell GUILD holding at 6p+ and then selling some at all time lows, has cost shareholders dearly imo.Yes GUILD can recover,but I would like to see a transparent strategy to exit holdings in such as GUILD to book a cash profit and release funds for other potential investments without issuing/placing shares.
Leaf/Eastsidegames?Springs to mind in the short term.
