I believe the appointment of derek Lew to be a very positive move however someone somewhere thinks otherwise and appears to be offloading at almost any opportunity

but the update in December wasn't exactly an A+ update was it..... 11 clients?! And I'm not talking about my expectations - clearly Mr. Market wasn't that impressed thats for sure.

What about the last proper update before that? It was Nov 2019, you know, the one where they announced/launched Satoshipay B2B through a BLU RNS. So add another 13 months on to your 2 month timescale. Dtransfer / Satoshipay, whatever - its just a business name - the staff and everything else are effectively the same.

My criticism is justified 888 - just load up a chart and look at the share price.

Meinhard still yet to deliver a tangible result for BLU

We had an update less than 2 months ago from Satoshipay who we know are trying to build Dtransfer at pace. It is unusual for listed companies to report more than quarterly so I am not sure what you are expecting from Satoshipay as all they could really do is update us on clients gained. That information will have more impact over quarterly periods and what use is it to you as Satoshipay is a private company in which you can’t buy or sell shares. It might be nice to know but there is nothing you can do with it and BLU can’t recognise any perceived increase in value unless there is a liquidity event such as an ipo. I feel sure Meinhard will release information to shareholders when it is beneficial to do so. It is not leaping to his defence by any means but it is not helpful to our investment for people to be casting the MD of Satoshipay in a bad light when it is not justified.

Agreed microscope, adhering to ‘minimum requirements’ clearly hasn’t worked up to now and it is simply not good enough. Progress from Satoshipay has been dire and meinhard should be doing more. it appears as though meinhard could tweet that he’s carried out a murder and some people on this board would still jump to his defence lol.

It shouldn’t be up to the shareholders to defend and make excuses for meinhard though.

I can’t see anything changing in the medium term for Satoshipay, old habits die hard and all that.

Almost everything blockchain is currently mooning.

It's one thing to fulfil minimum requirements, but another to be proactive. I like to invest in companies in the latter category. I'd like to think Derek will keep up pressure on Meinhard, and indeed all BLU's holdings, private or listed, for regular updates. And I'm confident he will do exactly that.That's particularly relevant imho re-Satoshipay because of the sheer size of the stake

At least we won't have to listen to Tony doing interviews out of his bathroom anymore ha ha.
Wish Tony all the best, but we need to move forward now.
Would be great if the shareholders were kept more up to date with what's happening with regards the investments.
We seem to have long dry patches of news and holders get fed up.
SatoshiPay - DTransfer must surely be due to up date Blue Star with something?
Seemed to be a lot of buzz around them before xmas and as usual..... nothing.
Quiet start to the year so far so lets hope the news flow picks up.

Buys outweigh sells 2-1 and we are currently down on the day.
Seems odd but still encouraging seeing buying in big chunks.
Hopefully hear some decent news after the AGM later.
