Derek Lew commented , "We would like to thank Tony for his years of service to the Company. Under Tony's stewardship, the Company has invested in a number of exciting early stage, disruptive technology businesses including payment tech businesses SatoshiPay and Sthaler and, more recently, our move into eSports investments. We look forward to continuing to build on this momentum and wish Tony the very best with his future endeavours."

Yes I wish him well too.

Buys outweigh sells 2-1 and we are currently down on the day.
Seems odd but still encouraging seeing buying in big chunks.
Hopefully hear some decent news after the AGM later.
Thanks

Whilst I agree it would be good to get regular updates from Satoshipay the legal position is somewhat different. Satochipay as a private English company only has to report once per year to its shareholders when it files its annual accounts. I think therefore that Meinhard is fulfilling his obligations as a company director.

I've been on and on and on about the distinct lack of newsflow from Satoshipay since I made this damn account. It seems now that some of the numpties are starting to copy our sentiment from this board about the lack of newsflow.

I remember some of the idiotic posters (looking at you R0bt) were trying to rubbish my opinions saying that Satoshipay does not have to provide updates as it is not a listed company.

However, As Tony (on behalf of BLU) owns 27.9% (or whatever it is) of Satoshipay, Meinhard as a director has a fiduciary responsibility to engage with and update Shareholders.

If he is not doing this then he is not fulfilling his obligations as a company director.

hazl go back to the rose tinted thread and cut and paste a few more articles, i've never seen any meaningful contribution from you, even when i didn't have you filtered (you were filtered in Feb 2019)

no one cares what you perceive your investment stats to be, those of us that occasionally attempted to add value to the doodlemug thread know only too well of your MO.

please do not pollute this thread !!!

Ahahaha what a numpty.....

Hazl: ‘I don't need to prove myself to anybody.‘

Also Hazl (from the same post)

‘Having PRSM from 100p to current day and still holding a few what more needs to be said.’

So is that you do need or prove yourself or you don’t need to prove yourself?

The second quote seemingly contradicts the first quote, the fact you have to gloat about your alleged win on another stock to a bulletin board full of strangers would suggest that you DO need to prove yourself!

Aimandmiss....very pleased for you on your recent success at ARB.
I very happy with my successes over the years, contrary to stoxx ridiculous post.
As posters that know me ,I don't need to prove myself to anybody.

Having PRSM from 100p to current day and still holding a few what more needs to be said.
A quarrelsome board attracts no new posters and some engage in a deliberate policy to promote that, so I am in the business of avoiding some bbs just now.
We are all free to post or not on different boards and indeed keep shares or not.

Good day quarrelsome people.

You are focusing on historic Satoshipay which was about micro payments. Now Satoshipay is about B2B and Dtransfer as per the RNS on 15th December 2020:

Meinhard Benn, CEO of SatoshiPay commented, "We are very pleased with progress made in 2020, particularly in the B2B cross-border money transfer space by launching our new service DTransfer. We are seeing strong market interest and have signed 11 business clients from around the world, expecting to transfer over £70m annually using DTransfer. This is just the start, as new clients are being added every month. It feels like we have created a hit product and we will endeavour to build recurring revenues in 2021."

Tony Fabrizi, CEO of Blue Star commented, "Today's announcement regarding the issuance of a new Euro stablecoin on the Stellar network is further evidence of the growing momentum and support building behind SatoshiPay's DTransfer cross border payments platform for businesses. There is clearly strong appetite for the product and we look forward to reporting on the company's progress next year."

Satoshipay is taking off on its new path and a further update should arrive soon.

Missing the pointStella is a network and that network is getting much stronger as more and more more transactions are madeWinners likely to be BTC ETH and XLMAs it grows more and more transactions go through share price and hence profitsHard to replicate share price now as it has a strong positionThe stable coin development is a big deal - do not underestimate Key is what is share price valued at on BLU balance sheet

welcome AimandMiss to a constructive board that facilitates debate without the need to have rose tinted glasses or a perma bull opinion.

doubt Hazl would have got involved in anything that 10 bagged as none of the posters on the other BLU board have the slightest knowledge of investment, they merely recycle opinion, via cut and paste, that suits their opinion.

have a look at previous posts , lots of others, on here, that have an idea of what constitutes a market.
