Up to Tony f to lead the team to victory we are in the final of the championships.

If he exercises options that will open the floodgates. Could be co. Changing news holding him back??.we already know we are going to get at least 1 if not 3 rns this coming week. Have to announce to market we are moving to stellar lumens on Thursday and that needs to be rnse d in the morning. I've asked meinhard questions 're can he name us 1 of the 1000 publishers???

Tilly 3 years but BUT .. rto happening so coin need to make their move or miss the boat. And you have nailed it ...ie has to be over 1p for them to jump in I said last week 1.2p should be here.that will get us £600k plus bear in mind our fingopay and other investment which is being cashed out to think for £4mill??? Someone correct me if wrong on £4mill valuation...so no need for blu to do anymore placing!!!

Ps that doesn't include the fingopay asset value!!!

The Company has also agreed, conditional on completion of the Acquisition, to grant Coinsilium 85 million warrants over new Ordinary Shares, of which 42.5 million are exerciseable at a price of 0.6 pence per Ordinary Share (representing a premium of 200% in comparison to the Placing Price) and 42.5 million are exerciseable at a price of 0.8 pence share for a 3 year period from completion of the Acquisition (together the "Seller Warrants"). In addition, the Directors also propose to grant the CEO of the Company, Anthony Fabrizi, warrants over 25 million Ordinary Shares, exercisable at a price of 0.25 pence per Ordinary Share ("Director Warrants") for a period of 3 years.

Between us and meinhard we own over 70% if not higher of satoshipay now. The blu shares are the only way to get access to satoshipay. Those who spotted The step change Friday started to move in by buying or topping up. It seems in aim the dirty word is placing. But we have options tf can exercise lower and at same time coin whose share price has gone up I think 400% and sold their stock in satoshipay have "insurance options to cover missing the boat" to exercise at 0.6p and 0.8p...hence the endgame is approaching and meinhard lit fuse on Friday night with Tony f out to g in.more wood with our Friday morning move of grabbing another 3.8% of satoshipay.

The higher blu share price moves bear in mind 0.6p is a spit away and coin will jump in for their options of 42.5mill shares so the silly boys selling thinking they can push us down are going to be left holding their heads like I was by missing nuog after all the pain/research etc etc they are going to go and sit by some river watching the water pass and say.."why do i always miss the true multibagger"...???

The for Tony f to step up to the plate and score the hatrick. Ie friday was an ingenious move to score our second goal.first goal getting satoshi. Patrick is either buy in market or exercise some of his options????

Been told tf will be contacted with some "helpful advice". He is a chartered accountant by profession and some diddies here have no idea about his true capabilities.

Pxog kicked off as non ex director bought 4mill shares sending signal to market no placing coming and everyone started hitting stock Friday. I had over 23mill pxog shares and guess where my profit has been put last week ;)

We have gone from 0% to 35% in satoshipay in 1 year .meinhard has been in this field from 2000's. Satoshipay has neen up and running 2014.look at speed of getting out of bitcoin due to high fees and slow movement in to deal with iota and their tangle system. And then moving on to stellar lumens at lightening speed.!!!

Tilly pyc went up 30 bagger in 2 days. We could do 30 bagger from now to anytime in 2018. I'm not kidding.remember there is a big section of investors who don't buy sub 1p shares or buy aim stocks.once we go through 1p a different investor will come on board. Bear in mind satoshipay has worldwide lead on nanopayments. They will r to as Fridays deal shows we are in pole position to be the r to vehicle.

Sellers tried to use disingenuous tactics to try to shake stock lose so they could buy back.problem Tony fabrizi did them over by grabbing another 3.8% satoshipay stock . Meinhard has done us good 1000 publishers and stellar lumen launch 7th Dec for blu...

In other words, having sold out, you were trying to latch on to anything which would help to deramp BLU's share price so that you could buy back in. And unfortunately it's far too easy to edit information which appears on public websites. You and Tilly can play your games, but some of us have been around ADVFN for long enough to figure out what is going on.:-)

I don't have access to edit Companies House articles. I see this stock as all or nothing, hence why I was open and happy to trade in and out as newsflow dictates.Ciao.

Agreed Tilly. Coast should now be clear for progress. I noted the reference to pilots, but actual deals will be icing on cake. PS doodle, I am not Steve Clark. Perhaps he did his own research! :)
