"Playing the game with it", microscope, as you said on one of your posts about BLU on another thread. I can't be bothered with posters who play games.( Post 1640 on the spsy thread.)

The questions if there are indeed any, should be asked of Companies House. I merely reported on what was there, doodlebug, I deal in facts, and they were on the link for ALL to see.

And was seen by many, as the other thread indicates, I imagine including yourself, who will back me up. They were about two months overdue, and nobody has argued with that.

I am delighted that the problem has been cleared up, might even reinvest myself.

Just for your information my post did not mention First Gazette. That was brought up by another poster.

I see Companies House have now removed the 'threat' and i am very happy to post the link as it now stands.

I bear you no grudge for banning me, I simply reported the facts as they stood and said it worried me.

I have just seen this link. I presume the top document will disappear at any time, as below it is mentions receipt of the accounts, but clearly it was being put together.

And to make it clear again I accept that document gazette reference is due for removal, but simply so you can see it, I put it there to prove the point.

The company itself said they were waiting for Companies House to update. Clearly implying at least imho, they had seen the information on the CH website too.

Don't worry UpThePool, I agree with your sentiments and much as we would all like to see 5p next week I think a far more realistic target would be 0.5p.

As much as I admire comedys enthusiasm he doesn't half get carried away at times. See NUOG.

Then we gat people saying it'll go to between 5p and 10p next week, jeez.

I hope this board isn't going to go the same way as others on advfn.

BLU is risky. It is not nailed on as some would have us believe. They have positioned themselves well in terms of their investments, hopefully a couple of them will pay off.

Those entries in Companies House website do seem odd, especially:

05 Dec 2017 First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off
This document is being processed and will be available in 5 days.
01 Dec 2017 Total exemption full accounts made up to 31 December 2016
This document is being processed and will be available in 5 days.

But notice the website is in Beta... I suspect it's more down to the site glitching... but it does confirm SatoshiPay's statement that a 'First Gazette notice' has never been issued!

Hitsha1.... In the long term I'm sure you're right. I am a long term holder... but a "rally between 5p to 10p next week..." is pure nonsense... sorry! :)

My apologies Cybernest !:-) Que sera sera as far as the RTO is concerned.

As far as the Companies House business is concerned ------ I find that whole thing rather strange.

Noticed that too, doodle. In the company filing section the gazette mention is dated 5 December which of course is in the future. No doubt the accounts will be submitted soonest if not already.

Doodlebug... 2403 was me, :)

I agree, I am also much more interested and focused on SatoshiPay's announcement next week... especially regarding what publishing partners they have been able to drum up.... and no point in speculating what it will do to the share price .. naturally one hopes to push it up of course! :)

Cybernest53 - it does make you wonder if there has been some 'monkey business' going on as I notice the contents of the Companies House notice, which was orginally flagged up in post 2190, has been altered.

Celeritas... Not only is it a "non issue", these rumours actually are simply untrue. See my post 2396 above:

"@SatoshiPay Replying to @steveclark24
Our accounts have been filed, and we are waiting for the Companies House website to reflect this. A First Gazette notice was never issued.
9:03 PM - 1 Dec 2017"

In answer to your question in the last sentence of post 2403 Celeritas, I'm more interested in what is going to happen in the very near future - SatoshiPay's announcement next week regarding publishing partners - than when/if an RTO is going to happen. Just my opinion, others may disagree.

Hitsha1.... "With positive news coming next week and the potential of this company, we could rally between 5p to 10p next week..."

That would be good... but I'm afraid with the greatest respect, that's cloud cuckoo land mate! :)

With positive news coming next week and the potential of this company, we could rally between 5p to 10p next week, look what happen to PYC, I also thin we will have big week for VELA too, 1p to 1.5p short term then probably to 3.5p it’s already under valued. Biggest rise will come from ONL me think, not holder of VELA or ONL👍

jp1962 - these are the commission terms;

"Costs of Service
There's no fee for Customers to use SatoshiPay to purchase digital content. However, if the Content Provider receives a digital cash payment for digital content, the fee for each transaction is ten percent of the transaction amount received."

UBS wrote in October.

The investment bank added that blockchain was “akin to investing in the internet in the mid-nineties,” estimating it could add as much as $300 to $400 billion of annual economic value globally by 2027.
